When I found out that I have vericose veins I went to Vein Clinics of America and I'm glad I did. First they explain to you what they will be doing to address and treat your particuar vein situation which I thought was good to know and very helpful. The doctor and everyone involved in your vein treatments are extremely nice and helpful. I'm so glad I found this place.

I had a pleasant visit at the vein center. It felt more one on one.

Office staff were extremely welcoming, pleasant and informative. The office environment is organized and pleasant.
I had a consult with a nurse (?) who seemed to be new and orienting to the position. Shortly after starting the consult a NP entered the room to over-see the consult. I would have liked and expected more of an introduction as to who they were and their positions. They were cordial but I felt the situation to be stressful since it was obvious the clinician performing the consult was new and being looked over by the NP.

I found the staff to be great in helping me thru the ordeal, they explained and answered any questions that I had, and if I had a concern they were quick to relieve my concerns about the treatment, and as they went on with the treatment...I was so relaxed that I give them a 5-star rating...

The staff and Doctor were professional and the exam was adequate. My only advice to new patients is really read the fine print. Free initial consultation may not really be free.

Every time I go to Vein Clinic in Brentwood, I am greeted by wonderful staff, invited to have a bottle of water and never kept waiting. Technicians are equally as attentive and make my experience as easy as they can. Would definitely recommend!

I started the process in Shallotte, then they moved to supply nc. With that being said, I have been kept up and all the process steps with no surprises. Not only that, they helped me to correct my paperwork to file my insurance. I did think the process I have received is soreness after, BUT during the actual procedure they made me comfortable as possible. Thank you for helping me feel better. I suggest anyone going at least walk in the door and see how they accommodate you. My issues was for my health and I am grateful.

Every doctor that I have worked with has been very professional, answers any questions and makes sure that you are as comfortable as possible through the process.

I had the most fabulous experience with Kathy who did my sonography. She was very professional, kind and respectful, explain the process and made me feel very comfortable!
