My issue is with the Marketing and Advertising of USA Vein Screening. They advertise "FREE Vein Screening*" but it is not, it is a FREE 15 min consultation.

The billing department is a nightmare! I was quoted under $2k and they've billed over $55,000! Of course your insurance company will deny these claims and you'll have a heart attack when papers come i... See more

Great office!

The entire staff is friendly, and worked to ensure I was well informed and comfortable with each suggested procedure. The office communicates regularly to make sure everything is in order, from insurance to up coming appointments. I would highly recommend Dr. Hansen and his team.

A+ for Vein Clinics of America of Mooresville

I was so pleased with the two visits that I have had with Vein Clinics of America in Mooresville so far. All of the staff are very professional, and friendly - as well as efficient, and super helpful! I feel as though I have definitely made the right choice!

I am still receiving treatment

I have not completed my treatment, however I'd like to express that the doctor and the techs that perform the treatments are kind, quick, and answer questions that I ask. The office staff have the routine down, such as processing insurance, answering scheduling questions, and moving patients along. The only reason I didn't rate the clinic with 5 stars was because the information folder was lacking the two page Post-Procedure Home Instruction and Visually Guided Sclerotherapy information. Maybe a table of contents in the packet would help. It was hard to ask questions without the info. Also, I understand that because of Covid, patients are asked to wear masks, and staged for entry, which I agree with. After arriving 20 minutes early was asked to wait in my car as usual, and would be called to come in about 15 minutes. I waited 30 minutes then called to ask if I was forgotten. I was, LOL. Not really mad but its an inconvenience.

The doctor told me in the initial visit…

The doctor told me in the initial visit that i would only need maybe one laser treatment and a series of injections then when i came in for the ultrasound that cost $195 was then told i needed 3 laxer treatments at $1700 each and several series of injections. I then told them i could not afford that kind of money. They called back and said the doctor could do 2 laxer treatments at once and save me $1700. After further research i found that all laxer treatments where able to be performed at once at only a fraction of the cost. I am not happy at all with all of this.

Bad communication

I recently had an ultrasound done and waited 25 minutes after the ultrasound and never got to see the doctor. I asked if the doctor could call me so we could discuss the results and nobody ever called me back so I will be using somebody else

I had one treatment for spider veins on…

I had one treatment for spider veins on both of my legs. Two visits - one for consultation, one for treatment. Never saw the doctor - both times it was a nurse or nurse practitioner. The treatment had a MINIMAL effect, in fact it some areas there is more pigmentation. Going to find a dermatologist for further treatments.
