Bought a pair of trainers for my son.
They weren’t true to size & very cheep quality.
Have contacted them following their return procedures with no reply & emailed their customer service with no reply.
Im now past the date you’re allowed to return things so no doubt they will use that against me & refuse to refund me. It’s terrible that it would cost me more to return the trainers than what the trainers cost themselves. A deliberate act by the company to put customers off returning items I think.
Do yourself a favour & stay well clear of this company, if they even exist ? They act like they are a one man band, selling out a back street garage.

I got a smart watch for a gift, it died after a few hours. My original few emails were responded to. I was offered a replacement or refund. I opted for a refund and have been ignored ever since.

Avoid this company! I bought a hoodie which arrived after a couple of weeks. It was far too small and very cheap looking. I asked for a refund and was told that I could have one. I sent photos of the item as requested and have not heard from the company again despite several emails to them. The company states it is in London and yet the return is for China. Very disappointed. I wish I had read all these reviews before I had purchased.

I bought a woolen cardigan for about £40 reduced from about £75. On the website it looked thick and chunky, the sort you could wear outside without a jacket. When it arrived it was thin and cheap looking, worth about £17 not over £70! I used the web form to complain and received an email back immediately from Anna who said I could return it. I packaged it up and realised I did not have the return address. I contacted customer support again and Sophie replied immediately telling me to photograph it (which was annoying as I had already packaged it up). To cut a long story short I think Anna and Sophie are bots not real people. I have had many pointless emails from the company but am unable to return the cardigan. Also, I would love to know whether the shop really exists in covent garden but unfortunaly google street view does not have a current image available. Be warned! Cheap quality shipped directly from China not the London store and no customer support.

Do not buy anything from this company.i purchased a Handmade doll it was dreadful looked like a child had made it! Sent it back to some unknown address in zhenging and then they said it took too long to come back now wont refund me. Quality very poor service even worse

I ordered boots which were meant to look like leather and looked great online. They arrived, they were plastic looking and looked awful, nothing like online picture.

I contact Velorea and they offer me
30 % refund, I declined. Decided to return myself to Velorea in China, cost £16 and theyve been stuck in customs since 4th December. Ive resent an email and going to contact my credit card to see what they suggest.

The unfortunate thing which will happen here is this company will go under another name, time and time again.

Never buying over FB or Insta again 🙄

Ps, I do enjoy a Temu shop, least they pay you for your returns and 95% of their goods are authentic.

Ordered this item some in mid November and eventually received the item on 29th November.

The item was at least two sizes too small although labeled as the Large (L) size ordered.

On 4th December I finally got a reply from them by going through their home page contact form and on 12th December they agreed to swop the original for a different sizt and requested that I send pictures of the items to show that they were undamaged. This I did.

Since then I have not heard from them regardless of several emails sent to their support team and now two requests sent via their contact form

I have no idea whether they are ignoring me or something else however it remains that I am out of pocket but have a tracksuit which might fit a small adult or child - no use to me at all.

The communication of this company needs to be addressed rapidly because my only other option is to assume they are ignoring my contact deliberately

Product took over a month to arrive and too late for Christmas. Was of really poor quality and not as expected. They have ignored all my emails and requests for a refund. Stay away from them.

Declined to refund for a very bad quality of product.

Disgusting. Scam company. Paid £30 for a shirt that looks like I could have bought at pound shop. Refused to give me a full refund then after they offered 30 percent stopped writing back to my messages. Disgusting customer service and absolute waist of money! Got nothing back!

I wouldn't give it 1 star. Ordered an item in November still waiting for it.
Asked for a refund, still no reply.

Despite a number of emails chasing delivery - they are not answering. Tracking number to say Royal Mail was expecting 1st Dec and now nothing - supposed to be a Christmas gift - just want a refund and will they wont reply

Appalling quality-paper thin material and sizing way out for adult-would fit a child.Ad totally misleading and company virtually a scam....do not touch with a bargepole.Would give 0 stars but not able with system.

Bought a coat described as ‘wool’ which when it arrived most definitely was not wool. It was the most awful cheap looking man made god knows what stuff.
I requested a refund and was told they would give me 15% off or 60% off a subsequent order.
I emailed to say neither were acceptable and under the 2015 consumer law that states if an item is not as described the seller is legally bound to pay for the return of the product (to an address in China)
Several emails later and after asking what the coat was made of, as it clearly wasn’t wool, I was told it was made from a blend of luxury fibres!! ……… so they admitted it wasn’t wool as described.
They absolutely refuse to pay for the return which will be expensive, and reiterate that they will honour a 60% discount on my next order! As if that’s going to happen! They’re not getting another penny of my money.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!

The item (a corduroy dress ) that I ordered was poor quality material and the styling was badly done. As others have said , I have had trouble getting a refund. The latest offer I have had is to keep the item (which I have no use for ) for 15% off- about £4.50 back from £30 spent. I am concerned how much it will cost to send it back to China which is what they are asking for. I ordered without checking out the company and wish I had read these reviews before ordering !

Update, communication was very good but took 4 weeks to arrive, items as described

I ordered a waterproof/windproof jacket,when it finally arrived it certainly wasn't water or windproof,totally shoddy and they made it almost impossible to return so I took it up with my visa and managed to get a full refund,I would advise anyone who finds themselves with this company to do the same or better still do not order anything from them!
