I ordered a quality shoulder bab from a firm called Veloreandco. When it eventually it was shoddy and unfinished. Unbelievable. THere were heavy pins sticking out of it and no straps attached. Shoddy straps of a different colour were loose inside the bag. It is totally unusable. I contacted the frm and have had numerous unsatisfactory conversations. THere is no return /refund policy except to return at your own expense. I guess to China. This is the third time I have been scammed online and in future will be ultra wary.

Poor quality,poor fit, poor customer service. Unable to get a refund. Would not recommend this company.

REPORT THIS COMPANY TO CITIZENS ADVISE.
It is illegal to display any notice that deliberately misleads consumers or deceives them.
They demand you to return goods to China, which is wrong, goods purchased from their web site namely their London shop should be returned there.

do not use this company it is a scam company ordered a coat saying genuine shearling sheepskin coat,when arrived the coat is some sort of plastic imitation leather and sheepskin lining is just a fluffy fabric,basicly been ripped of for £60 should have known better as they say, if its to good to be true it probably is,should never be allowed to trade

SCAM!! They used to be called MISA LONDON only few weeks ago, but they changed name as obviously reviews were extremely negative.
Bought a bag from them when they were Misa London, and although I live in London, it took weeks to come as it was coming from China...very bad quality, leather is plastic and couldn't return as with their policy they do not wake it worth it

Item took weeks to arrive. Coming through customs!!! Meant to be in UK. Purchased a cord tunic dress. What arrived did not match the photo of what I had ordered. Poor quality absolutely horrendous thing

Ordered my item on 22nd October from website, delivery took a bit longer than expected but their customer service was fantastic. More than happy with the product exactly as I expected it. 1 very very happy returning customer

DO NOT BUY FROM this company..
No refunds as the cost of sending the product back was the price of the rubbish garment.
If I could I would give them NO stars.

I thought I was buying a leather bag from their shop in London promising premium delivery! I’ve had tracking over a week later showing the item u being shipped from china! I’ve emailed and had no response!
I don’t have much hope that the item is going to be real leather or that it will actually even arrive! Very disappointed and feel completely ripped off!

Complete scammers! Ordered a smartwatch which I thought was coming from London when in fact tracking showed China. When received tried to download app and it tried to take £500 by Apple Pay from my bank!

I’m not sure if this company is legitimate. I purchased an item that was never sent, and instead of issuing a refund, they kept emailing me saying they don’t have the item and asking if I wanted something else instead. I replied asking for a refund, but they never responded — just kept sending the same message again.

The item is still listed as available on their website, which makes the situation even worse. It seems there are many companies like this that pretend to be based in the UK, but when you try to return or resolve an issue, you find out you have to send the item back to China, which costs a fortune.

In my case, I never received the item or a refund, so I wouldn’t recommend buying from them.

Very disappointing. The shirt is very poor quality (made in China) - and (worst of all) the long sleeves have NO CUFFS (so much for claimed 'vintage' style). Cheap material (35 % flax - not all linen).
The package arrived (eventually) with absolutely no information / invoice / instructions included for return and my computer blocks the Velorea website.
MORAL: read Trustpilot reviews before ordering !

VELOREAANDCO please dont this company rented a space in london all the cloths are coming from china what you see on line is not what you get they just change their name they were in tv i contacted my bank they did not pay o ut they been block lucky they did not get any money it was pending my bank block they do this every year around this time i got scam last year they send m e 2 cheap jumper nothing like what you see on line ALRO STREET WEAR SAME COMPANY USING A DIFFERENT NAME they rented a space in london from a landlord to fool customer to think the clothe is coming from london its all from china cheap materal please this is heartless scam people what you see on line is not what you get all stuff coming from london hello i have look on line and see you are base in londoni spoken to a male did not take his name he told me this company rented a space and this happen to me last year i brough jumpers it look great on line but they were cheap quality every yea around this time i have lost money an d hav e no intention of losing its all been on tv keep changing the name of company am an honest person if you want my honest review your problem i wont be removing it

These people are crooks

The sleeveless mini with pockets didn’t quite live up to the pictures. Fabric feels thinner than I’d like. I’ll keep it for lazy days at home, but it’s not a piece I’d dress up for going out.

Order outfit back in June and sent it back and still waiting for my 35% refund as they don't refund the full amount. Phoned customers and it's wrong number. Wouldn't recommend this site

I have contacted them and still no response about my complaint

Ordered a jacket over 3 weeks ago now and still not arrived . Company keeps apologising for the delay and have offered a partial refund for the delay of 15% but will not commit to when it will arrive ( if ever ) . I’m giving one more week and if no sign of my order I am getting my credit card company to deal with it and refund my full. Judging by many of the other reviews here I’m not the only one to be completely disappointed and feel deceived as I assumed this was a London company judging by their Ad but clearly it’s in Hong Kong 🇭🇰. Feel cheated and scammed to be honest a!

Ordered a smart watch. Its faulty- doesn't hold charge more than 12 hours! I shouldn't have to pay return postage on a faulty item, yet Elia repeatedly ignores this and says it's the customer's responsibility - this would be the case if I was returning it due to a change of heart, not because it doesn't work!
Ridiculous service.
Won't shop from these guys again.
Going to have to contact my payment provider to deal with this now. Waste of time.

I ordered a short sleeved linen blouse and 4 weeks later received a long sleeved shirt bearing no resemblance in cotton. I didn’t even try it on - very poorly made out of very cheap fabric. I sent pictures as proof and asked for a refund. I was offered 35% refund and was to return the shirt.In other words they just offered postage and no refund. Be aware- no refunds are given and this should be stated on their website. Very unsatisfied customer - Jean Jacques
