The denim jacket arrived folded neatly, no odd creases. It feels broken in already, which is rare with new denim. I’ll keep it close by once autumn properly sets in.

Goods were atrociously poor. I asked for a refund. No reply. Raised a dispute through PayPal. Globaltrading contacted me directly 'on behalf or paypal', offering 50% to take the matter out of the paypal dispute process. Told them politely 'no' and why.
In the meantime PayPal ruled in my favour and refunded me the full amount. The following day Globaltrading contacted me again offering 60%. I pointed out that I'd already received a full refund. Hats off to PayPal.
The moral is - have absolutely nothing to do with Volerea&Co,and it's 'umbrella' companies.

Absolute rubbish and they do not like returns. I was unaware the sliders came from China. Do not buy from this company unless you like inferior products!

Do NOT order anything from this company. Like every other customer, I feel defrauded. Velorea claims to be in London and the Netherlands, but is in fact sending atrocious quality products from China. I ordered ‘woven leather’ sandals, which looked lovely in the photo image. They are actually terrible quality embossed plastic and the incorrect size was sent anyway. Subsequent attempts to get a refund have so far been unsuccessful, but I will persist as I refuse to be swindled by such an unscrupulous company.

Suspect company, sending faulty goods and not as advertised. Truly awful customer experience. Do NOT buy from this company.

Sent the wrong item. The item was also sent far too late. They will not accept responsiblity for the return postage costs. They have not even replied to my last email

They have a London address and they list UK opening hours on their website, but their products are shipped from China. It's the usual poor quality fake-outs and when you want to return the item, they claim you have to send it back to China at your own expense to get a refund! There is no mention of China anywhere on their website – in fact when I ordered from them they had 'London' as part of their logo (they have since removed it). So far the most I've been able to get them to offer me is a 35% refund, but this is far from acceptable and I'm not giving up yet.

There are a few variations on this company name that follow the same business model and have similarly abysmal ratings on Trustpilot. And the company owner claims to be an entrepreneur! Absolute shyster.

Absolutely shocking. Item is of terrible quality. fits like a sack of potatoes and to finish this awful experience off…..the customer service is non existent. Demanded a refund just to be told they only give partial refund 10% as the item has to be returned to china. Fuming is an understatement. Will pass it on to my credit card for fraud. Stay clear.

I would not recommend purchasing from this company. The product I received was not as advertised—it was overpriced, lacked proper labeling, and was of much lower quality than described on the website. Additionally, the customer service was disappointing. Instead of offering a fair resolution, they insisted that I return the item to China at my own expense, or get a 10% refund even though the company is based in the UK.

If you're considering buying from them, be aware that the product may not match what is shown, and getting a refund could be a hassle. I wish I had read more reviews before ordering!

Ordered a (leather) jacket from this site expecting quality. A long wait for it as it came from China.
It is not made of leather, put plastic. On the website it clearly states leather.
False advertising.

Terrible service. Never received my order. I have written several emails but just get a generic reply. Asked for a refund but received another generic email. Do not purchase anything from this company.

The brand name states London .. they are based in the Netherlands and ship from China !
I ordered a top that on receipt after 3 weeks arrived and the pattern was terrible and did not match up ant all and was cheap thin material nothing like the photo on the website .
Contacted customer service and was advised that i could get a 20% discount to keep the item I said no as it was terribly made and I can find the same item on Temu for a fiver !
They then offered 30% to keep it at which I again said no and took the package to the post office to be advised it would cost £22 to send back to China .. the item cost me £39 what a total rip off !
Don’t be fooled they are not in London their warehouse is in China .. customer service is shocking …… Steer clear !
Luckily I paid via PayPal who have taken on the case and refunded my money - Thank you PayPal

If I could give 0 stars I would! I hope you find these reviews before you purchase anything unlike me who found them afterwards. I Bought a dress that I thought would be fine for an informal wedding. The website gave the impression it was a london UK based company. When I looked at other details again it looked Italian, I have since found it is neither, the warehouse is China! Which is fine apart from the item is such poor quality and is supposed to fit a large adult it would only fit a large child! It looks tacky and cheap and I paid over £62
It is clearly a complete scam ....If you want to return the item you have to send it back at your cost to China! what is the guarantee anything will be refunded?! They mention they may offer a partial refund but why should i not be able to get a full refund? I may have to contact my bank for fraud investigation. Totally sick of online scam artists.

There must be other victims and i would be interested to know how or if they got their money back

Big mistake!
I wanted to find my next winter coat. Ordered 2 hoping to return 1 and now I can’t return either! and they’re the worst quality.
They don’t have any way for you to make a return online. Going to try and find a way to do this. But this is a warning.
Do not buy from this company!

I write this mainly as a warning this "company" and I use the word lightly, caught my wife out, she ordered two tops from them that I admit looked nice, however, what arrived were cheap, poorly made no labeling or washing instructions and for me would be better utilized as dusters.
I have initiated an attempt to get a full refund which so far has resulted in only getting offers of 10,20, and 30% refunded with the items remaining with my wife (all declined). On going over their website it has a returns policy BUT omits the fine detail that requires you to send it to China, all the hyperlinks for contacting them for support do not work (easy workaround), and a support UK mobile phone number does not work or is invalid. So far has proven pretty fruitless, but I do have a UK address where the item was sent to her from 48 tracked so I have told them it's going there and as advised by my bank give them 15 days to get a full refund sorted or they will take action. Another point to note is that the payment when viewed on the bank statement, is paid to Modehouse - Melbourne which looks a tad weird. Anyway all I suggest is DO NOT purchase from this site you will regret it big style

Velorea confirmed my order and payment for a heavy knit cardigan and included a photo of same.
2 weeks later I received a thin cotton/polyester jacket from China
I asked that they send me the item that I ordered and payment for the return of the unwanted jacket.
They offered me the jacket at a discount or that I paid for its return to China for which I would then receive the cost paid for my cardigan as a credit against future purchases.
I declined and referred the dispute to my credit card provider.
