Poor customer support
I was very reluctant to sign up for Vend initially because the reviews were mixed and it was very expensive for the services it provided. However, after their pursuit of me as customer I oblidged. While the features were limited, I used the services for a few months because at the time it was “fit for purpose”. But it’s my recent experience that completely turned me off. I recently transferred my business banking account which resulted in an updated credit card. Initially, my bank rejected their charges as their payment portal was not listed as accepted. Daily I was on the phone with vend support who assured me that there will be no additional charges as we worked through the issues. However, the minute the issue was resolved, my card was charged double. And the customer service representative that was responding to me on the hour, has yet to provide a solution or reverse the double charge. What’s worst is that there is no call center to call. So you sit and wait until someone responds to you. Needless to say, no one is responding. Very poor experience.

I found most of my needs by using vend as POS however I couldn't find one very essential feature where the user can select according to his local currency the number of decimals for (cents).
I hope you may reconsider the prices.

We recently changed our POS system to Vend. We were a little apprehensive about the transition and how that would go, however we got fantastic support from Vend staff, and the whole process went very smoothly. I would recommend the 'onboarding' package which provides set up support and training - it's very well managed and made things easy. Also the ongoing support from Vend - always providing a quick and very helpful response to resolve any issues that we have. We are very satisfied with Vend - it provides great, accurate, user-friendly data and its very easy to use.
Dont sign up for anything else, buy Vend.
Apart from a few tiny glitches, Vend is almost the perfect POS. Works will with a multitude of separate programs, updated regularly has a really good online training system. Only negative is the process to gain assistance with an issue, no phone number to call.

Our Vend machine is user friendly. At first, I was afraid to use it. But, to my surprise, the more I used it, the easier it became. I enjoy using our Vend. Great product!!!
