I signed up on the plenty more fish website. Within a week I found a person with the same values and goals as myself. I couldn't be happier.
There are some fake profiles, but they're easy to weed out.

It must be very difficult for the company to weed out scammers and there are plenty of them. They soon delete the men who seem to want to show the world their tributes, or otherwise. I get a lot of men outside the age range I put and also far away.
Met a couple locally but didn’t work out.
On the other hand it’s been loads of fun and so flattering.

This site is riddled with fake members and scammers and when you report this members they are not removed.
I have messaged the admin and always get a response from (Holly and Aaron) but the fake members are still operating as i speak.
Clearly your systems are failing you as these fake members join your site undetected.

These are scammers, just as everyone else says. Don't fall for them! They will still charge your card after account deletion and they make cancelling nearly impossible automatically. Someone needs to take legal action against them.
I will update whether they refund me.
EDIT: They did not. However, if you contact the payment processor company, CCBill (support.ccbill.com), they are much more helpful. They seem to have put the refund through, though it will still be 3-5 business days till it posts to my account. I just wanted to put this out there since it seems to be a speedier resolution than through Venntro. Venntro remains a scummy, seedy company which no one should ever give credit card information to.

We implemented online cancellation so members had full control over their own subscriptions and were able to cancel at a time that best suited them.
Upon members completing their cancellation, a support message is immediately sent confirming the cancellation, the expiry date, and that they will not be billed any further.
As well as being able to contact support via the site, members are also able to contact us at support@venntro.com if they require any assistance at all.
From looking at the profile I can confirm the payments you made were refunded and the subscription has been cancelled.

A complete scam coupled with unethical practice
Having been recently widowed I signed up to what was pretending to be a legitimate Vegan & Vegetarian dating site.
It all started going wrong almost immediately as I was deluged by what were obviously fake contacts some more believable than others. Unfortunately I was nearly taken in by one of the more believable and paid the subscription for three months to see more detail. This too proved to be a scam.
I realise that third parties use sites like this to prey on the venerable but there are aspects of Venntro's practice that are really out of order, for example try and find somebody to complain to one one of their web sites is next to impossible. I'm still looking because I really want to try and get a refund.
Also as mentioned I signed up to what was purporting to be a site for vegans and vegetarians and yet they kept sending me details of profiles that were obviously coming from other of their sites and I consider this as gross misrepresentation.
I really look forward to somebody from Venntro replying to this.

Never having used a dating app before- I was a bit surprised how many emails I received from potential dating interests! There is certainly a lot of choice out there waiting for ‘that special someone’ to come into your life.
The website is very easy to use and you can set your perimeters-
I was very lucky to meet my partner in just 12 hours… I joined at 7.30 pm and by 7.30am-the following morning - i had received the first message from him…. The rest they say is history… and chemistry!

What a waste of time!!!! DO NOT ISE THEIR SITES!!!
signed up a while back and forgot about it, I have been billed since but that isn’t the issue!
The issue is the site is absolutely atrocious, hard to navigate, pop up adds every few clicks, site is soooooo slow and if it went any slower it would be a Time Machine going back to the 90s!
Their customer charter states the below!
Details of how to make a complaint can easily be found within the Help section of every Ventro Media Group site.
We will deal with all complaints fairly, consistently and in accordance with our Terms and Conditions within 48 hours of receipt.
What a load of rubbish, I have spent nearly 2 hours trying to find their contact details to either call or speak to online and still haven’t found it!
Under the consumer goods act of 1979, anyone that has subscribed will be entitled to a full refund as they are not providing the service or goods that they are advertising. Therefore anyone that has a issue with this company and can actually find some way of getting hold of them state that you are dissatisfied, you was not provided the goods of service advertised and that under the consumer goods act of 1979 you would like a full refund! If they refuse take it further as they have no leg to stand on!!!

In the case that a member's query cannot be resolved through these avenues, the site asks the member if their question has been answered. If the member still needs further assistance, selecting 'no' will allow them to send a personalised support message to the customer care team who will get back to them.
You are also able to use the direct support email address (support@venntro.com) which can be located in the site's terms of use.
I can see you have been successfully sending and receiving messages via the site and have been unable to replicate any form of issue with the site that would have prohibited your ability to make use of your full membership.
