All fake profiles you get messages on a daily basis and if you wait to message back the profile is inactive. Staff members of venntro make these up just so you pay and they move these profiles all round the country. Complain and you get a auto generated message which tells you all you need to know. Ask for contact details and see what excuse you get all blokes making out there women.a And report profile does certainly not work as the fake profiles still carry on faking that they are real and just move to another part of the country so reporting fakes does nothing.And bringing this to the attention of anyone wishing to join the scumbags putting it here they have locked me out of the site ha ha truth hurts dunnit venntro.More to follow.

Venntro Media take money out of your account without your authority. They just took ZAR945.00 from my account although I did manage to get them to refund me but now the have 'banned' me from Senior Single 60's. Be careful with all these Dating Sites

This site is a SCAM .. full of fake profiles.
You receive emails and messages from fake profiles who just happen to live nearby to where you live saying "Hi there" .. you are constantly coersed by the site to upgrade, in the short time you take to reply to the fake profile it has been deactivated.
I sent multiple emails to their customer service whose reply is blaming the fake profiler, advising all profiles are user generated which after my experience is complete rubbish when it was so obvious these emails are planted by this site to manipulate you to upgrade .. how else do you explain the 2 profiles I was sent were both very good looking, much better looking than EVERYBODY ELSE on their site, both happened to live in my area, both my age (I'm a lady in my mid 60') both sending me messages "Hi there" identically tertiary educated and both were Widowers .. give me a break.

This company are a complete scam!
They steal your money and make it impossible to contact them by phone or email them.
Do not sign up to any of the dating sites. The free trial of 2.99 will lead to you being scanned after 3 days!!
They take 109.95 andyou cannot cancel!
The contact email address advised for support is also fake!

firstly ID like to say it's Christmas and meant to be really great time of year for ventro to do such a thing at this time of year to such a person of in my situation is beyond disgraceful and unethical on every level VENTRO is a scam and ventro has robbed me and my account of $300 today I'm not sure how and I've definitely never given any sort of authority for this company to do such a thing. I have never heard of Ventro before. I do intervene in dating sites though never have had such an experience of such like today. This is an obvious scam and I'm going to make sure if I'm able to do everything in my power to expose use and make sure of it so that this might prevent it happening from others. I have read the privacy and the guidelines and and it does not mention anything about any payment whatsoever. If there is someone out there of this from this company who can assist me of any kind to get my money back that was stolen please do contact me on my 0423089552. I have already contacted and sent many emails and have had no response at all. Now even if someone could direct me in the right direction that would be great and appreciated I cannot find any contacts number or sort of email that I have received any sort of response from. They replied to my Trustpilot review but not to the correspondence I sent to them directly?
Yet they asked me to contact them here. Which I've done? But they respond here and not to me directly. Is this to make them look good and legitimate? Maybe it is?

I have been a member of OlderDatingOnline.com Australia since 2013.
In relation to payments, I have had no issues. However, it is too easy to find yourself signed-up to an affiliate site. Just clicking into their page activates a trial membership. I have been able to cancel these before the trial period expired.

As per Title, I believe Bolt-ons do not work as promoted.
Yes, I receive emails when my messages have been read.
However, I believe many of my messages are not able to be read, despite the fact I have the Contact For Free and Reply For Free bolt-ons active.
Recently, a lady whom I have been trying to contact since late June, sent me a message, stating she is not able to read my messages; and there have been others.

This company are daylight robbers I subscribed to 6 months at half price on POF they took £52 from my bank account then my profile was deleted! I have reported to my bank Absolutely disgusting !!! POF say the payment is nothing to do with them however Venntro Media details are on the bottom of their POF Divorced Pond notifications and they have ignored my requests to explain this !!!

Definitely a fraudulent company. All payments were declined as no funds available in account, yet as soon as my ESA went in, £119+ disappeared from my account!!!
This is not right for this to happen and I advise everyone to stay well clear and just use your imagination instead.

They share your profile on a dating site with lots of other dating sites and don't tell you what they're on I have started talking to someone but I agree to a £1 for a three-month trial and cancel before the month was up and they still taking £104 for 6-months it's a fake you can't cancel it and there's no way to contact them I joined on single with kids

This is daylight robbery. There is no transparency in the website. It say contact us but derails you to FAQ's which is not what you want. Initially i did the 3 day trial, then cancelled. They still keep your profile on! Some months later I did click on the trial period one which then changed, immediately to you're signed up.
I ended up being charged for 6 months membership when I KNOW that i clicked on £1 for 3 days then I couldn't log in with my membership no as this wasn't recognised on several occasions- eventually it did take my email address. Bad enough when this secondary site popped up SingleOver 60's and suggests "Browse" - click on that then it says a £1 has been taken for 3 days but you cannot get into the site for 48 hours! No doubt that they are hoping you will forget to cancel and have to pay for 6 months. I notice at least this one is upfront and shows this on lead page, that if you don't cancel then this will automatically change to 6 month membership....and why this is cheaper than Boom i do not know. I am on hold just now to cancel this one as i cannot connect on line to do so. Another ploy. I have just got through to them just now and have cancelled this second one.
Also there is a line about cookies and it says it is mandatory for you to accept them so no wonder others have been targeted by unsolicited emails,

How i wish i had read the reviews here at the outset!

If I could them 0 I would. I signed up for a $1.00 monthly promo on Nov. 24th. They took 2 $1.00 payments. One on the 24th one on the 26th. On the 29th the took the 6 month renewal fee of $164.95 which was not to be taken until Dec.26th...as per confirmation on my account!!! I have tried to cancel my account only to be thrown into a loop.

Just discovered that they have been taking £59.95 from my bank every 3 months, no idea what for! I have contacted customer Service after a really difficult search round the houses! I can’t log in as I don’t know the password. When I click forgot password it says IF YOU HAVE AN ACCOUNT we will send a reset link! No link received, so guessing no account! Why am I being charged for 18 months of no access? I think I must have deleted the account without realising it’s a recurring charge. Which they claim is FOR MY CONVENIENCE? It’s nothing but a scam! Why do these companies think it’s ok to rip people off?

I subscribed for monthly half price membership. I changed my mind immediately and deleted my account. I then saw on my credit card that I got charged in one go for full year. I am unable to cancel my subscription as I have no account relating to it now. I have paid for absolutely nothing. I have emailed Venntro about 5 times with no reply. I have requested a chargeback with the credit card provider and advised them about the reports of this company being a scam charging people for nothing.
As at 26 October, the issue has been resolved as the Venntro response advises. After some email negotiations a full refund has been agreed to.
