It’s been a year of nightmares! one scammer after another,they must have contracts with these ppl,many are from abroad,scammers, has been an expensive disaster for me,some are very very clever,I’ll never visit a dating site again...unfortunately it looks as if I visited the worst site.

If I could give a 0 - zero star I would because this company is a fraud and scam.
I signed up for 3 day trial as a joke with friends and then tried to cancel but couldn’t then unsubscribed thinking that was it only to find money taken out of my account £104.95.

I appraised the company to complain and get my money back, but they are refusing.

I don’t see justification to hold Onto my much needed money for a service I don’t need and don’t have access to. I need my money pay for food for my family.

I would not recommend anyone to join any sites managed by venntro even as a trial.

I feel sorry for others going though what I am right now to just get my money back.

Be very careful when using the sites managed by this company. I joined the Cheshire site and found myself on four other sites, two of which are sex sites. They then took two payments none of which I had agreed to but had taken the details for the payment I had made to join the Cheshire site. It is probably in their terms and conditions that they can do this. BE VERY CAREFUL .

Slow response after the account was deactivated immediately following signing up (believed to be not genuine).
Should have read the reviews here beforehand but at least I have been spared the experiences that many others have endured.

Absolute scam and I wish I’d read some of these reviews before signing up.

I signed up for a free 3 day trial and they made it extremely difficult to cancel. You can only cancel online but they disable the cancel button.

Worse than that they have taken a 2nd payment for another £119.95 for a site I haven’t signed up for.

Reported this fraud to my bank and they told me they are well aware of this company

eware of the dating sites operated by this company, because they are all a big scam. I paid a membership to datebirminghamsingle.com, which is operated by them. I have cancelled within 2 to 3 days. I did that by e-mailing them a few times, to which they have replied that they could not find my account, even though I have provided them with my membership number. This transaction appears on my credit credit card as a payment to vtsup.com*funion lp. I have called them today and they told me that this company is not related to them, but I am sure that I have never paid any money to vtsup. I have called my credit card today and they confirmed that vtsup is related to them. This means that they operate under different names, so that they can shirk any obligation to pay a cancellation when their clients request it. Beware, as these people are a bunch of fraudsters without any scruples. You have been warned. Despite their claims to the contrary, I do not wish to change anything that I wrote before because I think they are lying.

I would have given zero stars if I could, I've had £104.95 taken from my account and I'm not even a member on any sites anymore, I'm furious, I can't afford this sort of money and have certainly never registered and paid this sort of and certainly won't be.
I've emailed Venntro on their main website under the contact section. I've requested a full refund, or else I will be going to trading standards, as I see there are lots of negative reviews, this a regular complaint it seems.

Ben and I started chatting in August and after a few weeks I took a long weekends break in Scotland and we met up. We just instantly clicked and we got closer by the hour. It worked for us and we're going hiking in the highlands mid october and I'm joining him for Christmas and hogmanay.

What a buch of scam artists. Bought one 3 month subscription from them and they used my card details to sign me up for another subscription of double the price on another website. When I compalined they said my subscription renewed automatically. How does your subscription of 3 months renew after only being a member for 2 days? And how did they get my credit card details on another site with out me entering it?

checked, and I dont seem to use any of this companies sites or apps, yet I've lost nearly £90 to them today, hopefully police will get involved. I will assist the police as far as the matter goes.

This company Venntro is a scam, they ripped me off my money and don't want to refund.
I wish i knew better.

Opened account on the 16th canceled the account on the 18th so I would not be charged. I should have screen shot the web page that indeed it was a basic membership. I was reassured my subscription was indeed cancelled when I am getting emails to “come back” in addition, I was not charged on the 3rd day. A week later I get charged. Stated I did not cancel my membership.

If your reading these reviews and continue to join their services.. don’t complain as you have been warned. Scam scam scam!

Beware venntro keeps taking money!!! 3 days later and another £119 coming off my card! It is fraud and you are stealing from someone that can’t afford this!

This site taking money from my account when I signed the 1.99 subscription for only 3 day and taking 104 pounds and when I told them thay said you must canceled before 3 days but I were canceled before but it wouldn't let me and I reported to the police.

I subscribed for 3 days at £1.99.
My card has been charged £104.95.
I am referring this to the police.
I did not authorise this transaction and is not compliant with the terms and conditions. There was no agreement to extend the contract.
I’ve checked Companies House: turnover exceeds £9 million pa.
Venntro seem to be operating a scam.

I subscribed for the 3 day trial to see how it goes. I have trie e the site but had no luck so decided to see if things had changed but no. I cancelled some hours (morning) before the day the subscription was to run out on the 6th August, 2022. I did cancel but was told I didn’t by the support staff who replied my mail.
£104.95 was automatically deducted and I almost passed out. I wish I was very rich and wouldn’t bother but I am a single mum with 3 little kids under 9 searching for love. I am in debt and work my ass out. The money would provide the school uniform and some food on the table for my children. I am
Hopeful someone will assist to refund me back as am hopeless.
I have read many reviews with similar situation or experience but I wish the management can please make it easy for people to cancel their subscription easily instead of waiting 48 hours to do so at which time, might be too late. Also if a customer wishes to cancel, can they not be charged for the services they have used?
I wish someone will reach out and assist me out of this issue as i am down and cannot comprehend how I found myself in such situation. Please consider my request .

BEWARE of any dating sites owned by VENNTRO MEDIA such as Maturedorsetdating and others. Learn from my experience which is they are a COMPLETE RIP OFF!! If you really want to use one of VENNTRO MEDIA'S DATING SITES then I strongly advise you to read the SMALL PRINT which they refer to as their 'TERMS'. DO NOT expect to get your money back even if you attempt to cancel within the 14 day period. YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED ⚠️

MY ACCOUNT HAS BEEN HACKED AND POTENTIALLY BEING USED FOR FRAUD.

All of a sudden I could not log in and my email address is no longer associated with my account, as the Password Reset emails are not being sent to me nor am I getting any notifications (for which I used to receive multiple emails every day). This strongly suggests my account has been compromised and maybe being used to scam other members.

I have tried multiple times to contact the dating site's owners, Venntro Media Group, but they are disinterested. I get a robot email and that's all.

To be honest, the results I was getting on the site were really poor, with "matches" not fitting my criteria etc but I don't want to think that my account may now be being used to scam other members, as is rife in the dating world...

In my experience, Venntro Media Group are very helpful taking your money but have no support after that point and are impossible to get hold of, even where there are potential illegal activities taking place.

I have already tried to contact support a number of times via the Venntro Support email address AND via the help section of the actual site. I have not received a reply to any of them. The only reply I have received from you is here, when I posted a public negative view of my experience with your service and support. I will update here if I get a response.

UPDATE #1
So, #VenntroMediaGroup said "Venntro takes fraudulent behaviour very seriously and works hard to prevent this. We take a zero tolerance policy approach to profiles that are not used by consumers and invest heavily in customer care and fraud prevention". I have sent them 4 emails and 2 support requests over 10 days but apart from the response here to a public criticism, I have had absolutely NO RESPONSES from #VenntroMediaGroup at all. They have done NOTHING to resolve this issue and potentially my hacked account is being used to scam Venntro site users.
It appears to me that Venntro DO NOT take potential fraudulent behaviour very seriously at all. Judge for you yourselves...
