The only issue was the Delivery time ……
The only issue was the Delivery time … it was indicated between 7-12 and then it arrived at 12h30-13h
And there are no instructions how to assemble the table .
Except from that it was well packed.

First time not delivered, second time, not in time
They send us an email to select a delivery date and defined time periode. The first time they did not deliver at all and the second time they delivered 2 hours after the selected time periode.

Good quality for the price
The product is good quality, but I got a wrong table base and now it last already one week and I didn't got the new one yet. And the delivery service is horrible. You can chose a morning or afternoon slot but they came not at the time they supposed to. So that I had to stay all day long at home to wait for my package until 19h.

Worst experience with ordering furniture
Products were damaged, installation was paied but the people that delivered said they do not want to do it, they do not know how to do it and they left. One piece of furniture was installed wrong. Call center in Vente-Unique said they cannot do anything in the same day.

Misleading information in the confirmation mail
The confirmation mail stated that both pieces I had bought would be delivered and assembled. At the moment of delivery, I have discovered that only one would be assembled. Misleading information in the confirmation mail. I will never again buy anything on this page.

No assembly included even if you paid the assembly fee
I just wanna ask, how could people without skills to install those furniture by themselves? It’s mission impossible! They charged for assembly service but only help to assemble one piece of all the furniture you ordered, and left the others there, i was so confused how could human beings do this? The Europeans are crazy, every single piece of furniture should be installed by customers, the manufacturers are training people to be skilled workers? They just delivered you hundreds of wooden pieces with numerous small tools, and the quality is poor, for me it’s okay as I’ll just use it for 3 years at most, but for this quality, it’s unavoidable of damages while assembling.
