Good products, awful delivery

We really love and enjoy the products from vente-unique, unfortunately the external delivery company they use it is a nightmare and we will hold back in the future to order from vente-unique because of this reason.
They ask you to provide a time of delivery. They never respect that. They are rude and handle packages improperly.
If we have delivery scheduled at the front door, they ask you to go to the truck to pick it up (200 mt!)
Once we paid delivery at the floor and they refused to do that, as they were tired and they left the products blocking the entrance of the building.
Unfortunately even if I like vente-unique, I am unlikely to order again until they don't change their deliveries.

Highly recommend

I like very much the different models of the furniture, easiness of delivery, and payment in installments.
I have furnished our entire new apartment from vente-unique and we love how this turned out to be

I received the wrong item

I received the wrong item, a far less expensive item than I ordered and have already paid for. I am still waiting for your company to company to come and take the rather cheap looking thing away and deliver what I actually ordered. Following a phone call yesterday with a very unhelpful person, I decided that Vente Unique would have 48 hours to resolve this before I cancel my order. 24 hours have passed already, and no attempt has been made to contact me or try to resolve the problem. Actually, I would give zero stars if possible. Do not buy from these people.

Disappointing service

I did not realise the Britany bed did not have a bed base from the pictures. While the description may have stated so which I missed completely, the only recommendation I got for this purchase was for a mattress, which I bought. Had there been such proposed purchase on Vente.lu I would have double checked the item or bought the bed base along with the bed and mattress. The service team should have realised I am buying a bed and a mattress so obviously I could not used it without a bed base. I slept 9 days on the sofa waiting for the bed and when I got it, it was useless to me. Not once during the 9 days waiting period I got any recommendation from vente.lu about a bed base and the response which I got when raising the issue was actually disappointing. I ended up buying the bed base on Amazon and it got delivered in 2 days. Unlikely that I will buy anything further on vente.lu

Ok quality not awsome

My initial contact was really good where people helped me a lot to redo my order to fit my real needs. On the day of delivery things did not go as well, shipment was 15min late, i called service and no one spoke English so was not even able to know if shipment would come. Thankfully it did arrive but they had no tools to install, luckily it all went well and people were very nice which compensated. During installation I noticed 2 holes wrongly done which left the bed not perfect but all in all easy installation. Some things to improve but it is positive my experience

Good solution for prudent buyers

Good points : the price, the delivery time, the after sale service - very efficient and understanding, the accessibility of diverse goods / styles.

Bad points : the delivery itself - handled by dpd and it was a disaster, the quality of the goods delivered is very variable, the bulding manuals are inacurate even wrong sometimes.

All in all I like using the site to purchase furniture and decorative objects but I've learned to be cautious with the real value for money of some of these products.

I commanded a desk in September

I commanded a desk in September. I received the desk in February (late delivery). I had no contact with the organization who had to delivered it. My neighbor was fortunately there to take the desk because I didn't know they will deliver it on that day and I was not at home.
The baddest point for me is that the service in general didn't communicate with the client. We just received mails for the late delivery but if you want more information about it, you have to call yourself.

Delivery times respected and easy to contact the company

They respected the delivery times announced on their website and I appreciated that. Also, there was a mistake on my postal code but it was very easy to contact the company and solve the issue. Finally, it was possible to track my parcel the day of the RDV, so I knew the exact time they would be here and I organized my day.
