Paid them approximately €1900 to move me, zero haste with work ethic, multiple smoke breaks and Social media videoing for 3 hours in the middle of my move. I specifically used them as I needed a weekend move and people to disassemble and reassemble my furniture. They were only finished loading the trucks in the late afternoon something that easily could’ve been done by lunchtime. They then were demanding overtime as they were beyond their working hours, don’t get me wrong I would happily pay if I believed that they had worked hard and run out of time, but seeing them procrastinating all day and then demanding more just got me angry, we were sick with flu my daughter was exhausted and wanted to sleep but the furniture still wasn’t together by 8pm, when I refused to pay a penny more they left with my furniture not fully put together, what they did ‘put together’ was all incorrect and I had to redo it. After throwing boxes out my second story windows my lamps were broken, side tables broken along with other stuff. I have moved many times, across hemispheres even and not one thing was broken. Seems their style is to have no haste so that you pay overtime. Also not one peep back about my broken goods. Very disappointed. A

I recently moved with Verhuisbedrijf Direct, and I was very satisfied with their service. The team worked quickly and efficiently, while taking great care with my belongings. Everything arrived in perfect condition. The movers were also very friendly and professional, which made the day go smoothly. I would definitely recommend them for anyone looking for a reliable moving company!

This must have been the worst experience in my entire life. And I moved a lot and in between 5 countries. The movers came totally unprepared. They didn’t have a bubble foil even though a day before I confirmed in written that they will pack my art. The move took them twice longer than agreed, and they charge you for their mistakes. Then they claim you had more stuff - but they got pictures of each one item to be moved. When I asked them to list what wasn’t there in the quote they never replied. They broke so many of my things.. I am simply devastated. They kept a part of my things in their truck and they literally blackmailed me that if I didnt pay almost 50% for the move more than what was agreed I would not get my stuff.. They got lost as well, twice, they went to different addresses. They also broke a lift and we got stuck inside. Once you want to complain and check their terms and conditions, it turns out that the link they provided doesnt work. One of my paintings was wrapped by them in a wet blanket. It actually went rotten :-(((
They lost all the assembly elements from every furniture they disassembled. They lie, break, manipulate and called me names. They charged for blankets and then when you unpack it turns out they didn’t use as many as they claimed. They made me lift and carry things myself… I am still so shocked. M. DON’T EVER TRUST YOUR VALUABLES TO THESE PEOPLE!!

We had a treadmill desk to move from an office space to our apartment. The move went very smoothly and the driver was very helpful in bringing the pieces out of office and then back up 3 flights of stairs.

They broke multiple items and refused to pay if we left a review.

Items broken valued to 5000Euros:
These items were broken as the movers admitted to me "because they did not secure them properly in the truck". They have not paid for any of the damages we had to fight with them since November, they handled the situation very poorly without sending anyone from an insurance company to assess the damages.
They agreed to pay a part of the damages only if we did not write a review, which is illegal manipulation of reviews in the Netherlands.

Cash went missing:
I also had 150 euros go missing in my jacket pocket when it was only myself and the movers in the house.
Only reason I had cash on me is the movers only accepted cash.

These guys made this move the most stressful move I have ever had. They really don't care about their customers you can see they have done the same thing to multiple customers without learning or improving. DO NOT USE THEM.

I used to move a lot to new cities/countries and my experience with this company is by far the best! Aggie and Amir were amazing! They were efficient, careful and soooo friendly. The moving was fast (even fun!) and everything was handled with care and a lot of attention. They had to pick up a lot of things in Belgium and several stops in Amsterdam, and even had to use the moving lift. I 100% recommend.
