I used to move a lot to new cities/countries and my experience with this company is by far the best! Aggie and Amir were amazing! They were efficient, careful and soooo friendly. The moving was fast (even fun!) and everything was handled with care and a lot of attention. They had to pick up a lot of things in Belgium and several stops in Amsterdam, and even had to use the moving lift. I 100% recommend.

Super efficient and professional, Basem, Khaled and Rashid are super helpful and friendly. Definitely recommended if you need to move!

Team Aggie, Riley, Miloud and Michael were extremely helpful, friendly and efficient. They took off all the stress of moving for me and took apart/fixed back up whatever was needed to without an issue. They were extremely professional and gave me advice, guidance and explanations where necessary. Aggie was a fantastic team leader and I trusted the team to work independently. This team had all the tools and interpersonal/communication skills necessary to make this the most pleasant moving experience I’ve had!

I have moved with this company before between Den Haag and Rotterdam and today I did the same, and I could not recomend them enough! On time, work hard, really understanding and friendly every time! Everything moved on time, safe and secure! This time I had the pleasure of working with Dennis and Lucas and they both did an amazing job!!!

I was not very happy with this experience of moving. I paid what was a median price from all the moving offers I received. And I did not receive a professional service.

My mattresses were treated badly and not only did they stain on the edges, there are black handprint marks on it because of unclean gloves. My black industrial lamps has long scratches on them. There is also damage to my quite expensive coffee tables.

They also accused me of having damaged my own stuff when I helped moving. This is absolutely unprofessional, especially given that I could have also chosen not to help.

I would recommend to not go for this company. Because they also offer to pay money to take reviews off- which means a lot of the bad reviews here might be taken off.

there were some minor problems during the move, but after the employees of the company contacted me, my issues were really resolved. At least my trust in the company and my respect for everyone who works in the company have increased. They followed every process by calling me and helped me. I believe that it is a great Dutch company right now.

Simon(BEST moving advisor) called me and listened to my entire moving process. He said he would provide me with every support. Then another colleague, I think, the manager of the company called me. While listening to the problem, he also suggested to help for all process. I will always work with this company. Because they follow their employees and want to make everyone they serve happy.

There was a Turkish man during the move. His name is Musa. He's doing great job! He directed the other 2 men during the moving. He gave information about what they should do. In fact, he worked harder than anyone and gave us the best support throughout the whole process. The fact that there are employees in your company who know what they should do has increased my confidence in your company.

You can trust this company and you can always choose. Because, the company employees are always listening to you and doing the best they can for you. Thank you very much!

René and Karim were incredible today helping me move out. They handled everything with care and worked great as a team. Going up and down the
- very steep - stairs with mastery. Super friendly duo, yet very professional. They even made friends with my little Jack Russell. There are roadworks on the road and they did not once complain for the inconvenience.
Thank you René and Karim once again, for making moving day so much simpler.

Unexpected Moving Experience, they have potential but...

Prices are competitive, and you will receive a fair quote, although I was quoted 2 movers, a 3rd showed up on the day so I had to pay more than expected (for an additional mover and an additional trip so it was a lot more than the initial quote - and certain other reasons I will speak of next).

We didn't have a lot of stuff to move - everything could have fit in 1 truck load, and the distance was only 4km away. But they wanted to be considerate for the more fragile items, so I agreed to the additional trip to be safe. The only big issue I had was the pace at which they loaded/unloaded/moved and the constant long breaks in-between. It almost felt on purpose as we were being charged per hour even if they were sitting in their truck for an hour at a time doing nothing while we are waiting for our stuff to be unloaded. My wife and I were constantly looking for our movers because they would disappear in the middle of moving furniture and I would catch them chilling in the truck or behind the truck eating, watching stuff on their phone etc... At a point I got tired of waiting and just started unloading by myself with my wife - they should have paid me for my services!

In the end I had to cough up 3.5x more than the initial quoted amount. The job was supposed to take 4 hours with 2 people and 1 trip, it ended up taking the entire day (9 hours) with 3 people, and 2 trips. All completely unnecessary if there was correct management and logistics arranged.

I AM NOT happy about paying more and waiting around... The movers were at least friendly, the job got done, furniture and items were not damaged. Moving is stressful so I did appreciate the help. And for that I give this a 3/5 review, I see them being the best movers in town if they can focus on improving more of the above mentioned issues.
