On the administrative side Veritas's staff are respond quickly and are helpful, and the carers the agency has provided at very reasonable rates, in our case for my father who has advanced dementia, have without exception been excellent.

We were looking for a carer for my Mother who has dementia and a friend recommended Veritas, we are extremely happy with the service provided, our carer Eva is lovely and my Mother is so much happier than when she was in a care home, I would highly recommend them!

I feel very fortunate to have found Veritas and been able to keep mum (who is Polish and has advancing Alzheimer’s dementia) at home with a live-in carer. The system is easy and well organised, carers are found promptly, and the WhatsApp video interview is a great idea and works well. The first carer has been lovely with mum and I am about to welcome the second carer on an exchange basis. Jonathan in the office has been most helpful and has dealt with everything efficiently. He is extremely pleasant and polite, and has been great to talk to when I’ve needed to discuss any details. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Veritas to anyone looking for a live-in carer.

Initially I was looking for 2 carers to share day and night duties looking after my elderly Mum who has late-stage dementia.

After a lot of research I came across Veritas Care, a home care agency that provide affordable live-in care. The carers are from Poland and are experienced and trained and you can ask to receive references/comments from past clients.

At first I was a little uncertain about having a live-in carer in my home, but Veritas Care assured me they would find me the right carer. They were patient, attentive and knowledgeable. And spent time discussing my Mums needs. They sent me cv’s of potential carers and arranged an online chat. After meeting the candidates online and choosing who we felt would be a suitable match, Veritas Care arranged everything.

We currently have an amazing live in carer who has become part of the family. She is understanding, patient, kind and experienced and I couldn’t have wished for a better carer to look after my Mum.

I am also impressed with the level of communication and on going support provided by Veritas Care. They keep in touch regularly to make sure everything is running smoothly and are always available to advise and answer any questions or concerns.

It’s been 9 months now and honestly, using Veritas Care was the best decision I ever made. My Mum is getting the best care and support and I can’t thank the team at Veritas enough.

Excellent company, professional, reliable and wonderful carers. Jonathan took the time to find out in detail exactly what our Mother’s needs were and our expectations for her care. The live in carer from Veritas was exceptional. She had experience of caring for people with dementia and all of our mother’s other personal needs. She fitted in perfectly with our family and bonded instantly with Mum and is still with us. It is as if we are caring for Mum ourselves but without the stress and pressure. Excellent. A live in carer was matched to my very elderly mums needs and a bespoke care package was made to match our needs. Mum has vascular dementia. The care and attention she receives is totally amazing and I know she is totally safe and happy when I am at work. The company are also amazing. They really care and check in regularly with me and the carer. Using Veritas really has been the best decision my family have made for mum. I can highly recommend Johnathan and his team.

A live-in carer from Veritas has been looking after our 88yr old gentleman for the last 5wks. She quickly built up a good relationship with him and other family members and is doing everything we would wish for. Based on this experience so far, we will definitely continue our association with Veritas for the foreseeable future. I have received excellent service from Veritas Care, I highly recommend this company. The carer provided for my elderly father is lovely, very kind, organized, knowledgeable and experienced.

Overall, my experience with Veritas Care has been excellent. There was an issue with the original carer, but they sorted it out as quickly as possible, and a replacement was found within days. The only reason for not giving them 5* was because I tried to contact them on Friday evening, and could not get through, although I tried all the numbers given, and it wasn’t yet outside their hours. However, they did respond the next after I sent an email, and the issue, which was potentially quite serious, was treated as such and dealt with appropriately, so it was presumably a technology blip. I would thoroughly recommend Veritas to anyone looking for affordable care, they have been very helpful and kind, during what has been a very stressful time.

Communication from Veritas is always excellent. The carers we have had have been kind and knowledgeable. The standard of care they provide is very high.

Veritas Care looked after my Mother who suffered from Dementia for nearly two years, nothing was to much trouble for Kacper and Jonathan and finding a good match to look after Mum. We had some lovely carers during that time and who were with us until Mum passed away July 2021. Without Veritas Mum would have had to go into a home which is what we did not want and she passed away at home.

Exceptional customer service from the Veritas team who work hard to find the right carer. They are always there and willing to sort out any problems or issues which can occur with the carers. I would highly recommend this company.

Veritas were very helpful in finding and providing a live-in carer at short notice at a difficult time for us. They also provided ongoing support and information once the carer was in place.
