Great company...... to be continued...
Ok, so I've had Verti for a year now and I've never had an issue. So, I'm 49 years old, never, ever been in an accident, until last night (some guy slammed on his brakes and came to a complete stop on completely dark highway, didn't have time to swerve out if the way). I tried calling last night (1:10am) to file a claim, no answer. Called this morning, got an operator who took my information, gave me a reference number and was told that someone would be in touch with me on Monday. Couldn't get anyone to authorize a rental, tell me about deductibles or anything. It's the Christmas shopping rush and I'm stuck until Monday. I still have faith in Verti, still think its an amazing company but this is one thing that I think they probably need to look into some changes, as far as filling a claim and things of the sort. I'll comment again once i hear from them on Monday to let everyone know how that process goes.

New to Verti
I just switch my car insurance from AAA to Verti. The reason I switched is because Verti offered me a much better rate. With Verti I will be saving $134.00 per month. Though I’m new to Verti, I feel that I’ve made the right move. I’m looking forward to dealing with them in the future.

Getting quote was easy
Getting quote was easy, getting the follow up was a bit annoying. Not explaining up front that the first quote is only good for the first 16 days is not exactly honest but what can you expect from an insurance company? We are bound by their rules and prices at only our own peril.
