Excellent knowledge & service from start to finish from Simon Brown. He really went the extra mile and really made the process as smooth has it could have been. Always on hand to answer any questions and always called me back if he was unavailable. A real credit to Vertu Leasing, 5 Star Service from me!

Since the first email, Simon Brown has been outstanding. The customer service he and his team have provided is beyond my expectations. I had an 'issue' shall we say, on the day of delivery. Simon and Claire from Hereford Audi have gone above and beyond. My company will be looking to use Vertu for our future needs. These guys are by far and away the best Ive dealt with. Thanks guys.

The price went up £25pm overnight with no explanation

They took 4 goes getting my order correct (errors by them each time)

They sent me 1 email update to me about my order in 10 months of waiting

Promised delivery on the 05/09/22 knowing my old car would go back on this day, left we without a car for 3 weeks with no explanation of why any delay. No help, support or assistance

Failed to call or email me back on multiple occasions

Car turned up dirty inside and out, 185 miles on it, no fuel, still with factory wrapping all over it.

No explanation of the features or controls

Use Vanarama instead for a lease car, I used them last time, much better

Excellent first class service provided throughout. Second time leasing from Vertu and would highly recommend

I stumbled across Vertu almost by accident, whilst searching for another lease deal - and I'm really pleased that I did.
The people that I dealt with - Simon, initially, then Lisa and latterly Jannette - were all ultra helpful.
This company does seem to have the right attitude towards customers.
Any queries that I had throughout the process were either answered straight away, or I got the call back, that I was promised.

Simply the best. It is very rare these days to get good service , never mind excellent, every thing was so simple, Andrew Tatters was amazing and did not push me to buy , but but explained every move, unlike other lease car companies I dealt with , prior to my decision to use Vertu Lease. Have told colleagues to use them. Don’t delay use them. I will again in 3 years.

Andrew was really helpful & knowledgeable throughout the process. Great communication, keeping me informed of any updates. I am now a proud owner of a new lease car.

I have used used various companies in the past but usually main dealerships. I was a little reluctant to use a remote one but in future wont go anywhere else. The communication and customer service was brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble. Any questions were answered the same day and i was kept updated on a regular basis.
