I have just enjoyed a swift arrangement with Vertu Lease Cars and I'm so glad I decided to remain with them. They are a considerable distance from my location so I was thinking of finding a more local dealer. As with my first 2 leases the communication and support was excellent and the arrangement for delivery was soooo smooth. Despite the delays experienced across the industry to get new vehicles, I felt I had a good choice and got a perfect vehicle for me.
Wouldn't think twice if I do this again in the future.

No hesitation in recommending
Having leased cars for the last 10 years from a number of dealers and internet brokers, I can say that Simon B at vertu is now my go to and first port of call whenever I'm looking for another lease. Simon remembers who you are (even though it may be years between calls), always gets back to you, seems genuinely interested in finding you the best deal he can, and is open and honest when he can't. I've had the last 3 cars from him and I'm sure there will be more to come.
Also worth noting that once an order is made, I've always had fairly regular updates along the way (even if it is just to say nothing changed) - which is always welcome and reassuring.
Wouldn't hesitate to recommend!

Excellent service throughout, I would highly recommend!
Fantastic service from a great company, and a refreshing change from other leasing companies I have dealt with in the past. I have just taken delivery of my new BMW 530D Saloon, and have been extremely satisfied with the process throughout. From initial enquiry back in September 2021, right through to delivery yesterday (April 2022), Simon Brown has been superb at keeping me up to date with the progress of my order. I like to collect my cars directly from the dealership, which Simon was happy to arrange, and even made the effort came over to Vertu BMW in Sunderland to meet me and hand the car over in person. I would highly recommend Vertu Leasing to anyone looking to lease a new vehicle, especially in the current economic climate!
