Found myself with no car and a long waiting time for a new one , Simon sourced me a car and from start to finish was always there to help , wasn't easy at times as I was waiting for a new driving licence to arrive , car was delivered earlier than expected and in top condition . First time going through the lease way of buying a car.. my previous car was a write off as the cambelt snapped whilst driving randomly & I needed a car asap for travelling to work etc. I put a quote through and got a quick response from Simon. Simon helped me through making decision to get the car on lease, he has been very helpful from the start to the end. What I loved about this experience is that Simon stayed in contact throughout even after the delivery he called me to make sure if everything went through okay & even told contact him if I have any queries of sort. I thank Simon again for his help and services would definitely recommend friends family.

Excellent service from Vertuleasecars and Simon in particular. He talked me though all the on-line contracts and other paperwork involved, he even held the car with my preferred colour (red) until I made up my mind. He also gave me information on at home Ev charging points and companies who carry out the installations. When the car arrived on the agreed date at exactly 1pm, it was in pristine condition and had 8 miles on the clock, which isn't bad as it came from South Korea
I cannot speak highly enough of Simon & Vertucars and would recommend them to anyone thinking leasing a car.

Placed an order, which 4 days later for personal reasons I needed to cancel. Company are refusing to refund £120 "admin" fee, WILL NEVER USE IN THE FUTURE. Beware.

This is my first time Leasing and especially Beth for start and finance part then for delivery Dylan help me all through actions. They are very clear of what would happen and what they can help to proceed. Slight delays (days) happened but even the Covid situation it is not that much.
