Eventually got our pet's medication but they make it as annoying and painful as possible. Even LIED and said my Vet's office refused to verify the Rx. THEN, they will SPAM you endlessly with surveys and BS that you didn't sign up for. Good Luck getting them to stop. A REALLY super annoying company.

First they put a hold on my credit card and then never contacted my doctor for verification of the prescription even though the vet is staffed 24x7. Then I offered it to send them a fax or scan of the prescription and they said no I would have to mail it so they wanted my dog to go without medication for like 2 weeks while I literally mailed them the prescription. Finally was able to get my vet to call in the prescription got the notice that the order had been shipped. However it's been 2 days that it says the order has been shipped and it's not been shipped--all they do is create a f*ing label and it's just sitting there at their warehouse still. it's really making me angry that my dog is waiting and waiting for her medication. I will not use these people again

Twice over the past year VetRxDirect sent me an incorrect dose, or medication from an expired batch, or the wrong medication entirely. I am certain it was an issue with VetRxDirect because I ordered the same thing from a different compounding pharmacy and my animal responded immediately to the medicine.

I've used VetRxDirect for years and have always gotten excellent service. Today one of their employees, Tyler, took it next-level! I had unintentionally mixed up the prescriptions for our 3 dogs - he was super helpful and patient on the phone as we talked through it all. A few minutes after our call, I got an email that he had already spoken with our vet and had all of the authorizations needed. Service that's both efficient *and* personal is a hard thing to find these days! I cannot recommend them highly enough. :-)

I often order medicine here for my beloved dog. Here the prices are reasonable, often cheaper than in the neighboring veterinary clinic. Yes, and sometimes there is no time to go for medicine, then I also order here.

I have been using this pharmacy for Sassy for the past 2-3 years. They are prompt, knowledgeable, and really stay on top of your orders with the Vet. They are reasonably priced and courteous. WHY WOULD I GO ANYWHERE ELSE?????

VetRx always has been quick delivering Nico's daily eye drops and just this week their customer service went above and beyond when they got no response from my vet re Nico's heartworm protection prescription, with immediate emails letting me know and then updating me consistently as progress was made. I heartily recommend!

Ordered Flovent HFA for our cat with asthma. It took almost two weeks before it arrived. According to their website customers are not allowed to call. So I sent them a message but they never looked into the matter. This was my 4th time ordering and my last. Zero customer service.

I have ordered my pet meds from VetRXDirect now for about 3 years. They always get the order correct, I get my meds right away and their prices are a bit less than other pet med webshops. I love that I can get a discount for bulk. They always send free dog cookies for each of my dogs and a personalized thank you card.

I miscalculated the auto delivery of my dogs Pain Plus. When checking I found it wasn't due for another 2 weeks. I contacted Vet Rx Direct and explained my dilemma and the employee said she would send the order right out. I received it two days later and Sammy was without his meds one day only.
