This has been my first time using VetRxDirect Pet Pharmacy. I was pleasantly surprised. They stay up to date on the prescription and also notify you immediately if any problems. I had a complicated prescription because the drug company the produces it had switched hands. When I had questions, Erica responded withing minutes, not hours.

Love VetRxDirect! We needed Cerenia for our pup that gets carsick. Headed out for a getaway next week. There was a miscommunication between our vet and the site, so I was worried we wouldn't have the meds in time, and much nasty clean up would be happening on the road. Needless to say, my drama level was rising dramatically. Then Katie at VetRxDirect made everything happen, and the meds are arriving a few days ahead of time! So, not only was the site easy to navigate, the customer service was exemplary. Kudos to Katie and VetRXDirect! I will be contacting you for everything we need in the future!

My dog's medication was done promptly and the packaged have arrived quickly. The prices are very reasonable and considerably less expensive than that of other retailers.

The order or urgently needed medication was shipped within hours of the order being placed and arrived the following day. Less than 24 hours elapsed between the order being placed and the order arriving. Yes, you read that correctly. Unbelievable service, especially in this day and age.

Stay away from this company!! Unethical, sent me HOT chemo medicine $@32/pill. Didn’t use enough ice to ship to me. Then sent HOT probiotics and I live in the tropics. Not enough ice and I paid for shipping. Poor business practices and don’t trust these liars with your $$$. I hope they go out of business soon. Find another place that is professional. They are pathetic.

VetRx had been life saver for me. I have a hyperthyroid cat and is hard to give him a pill. I went to this website and found Methimazole Transdermal Gel (compound)
It's easy to use, you rub it in animals ear, it's, quick, and easy. The staff is great at VetRx and they are very helpful.

I tried to order an item that needed verification from my vet but when I tried to provide the vet information it just wouldn't go through. They informed me that I had an option to contact my vet but I decided I'd just go with the current medication that I had been giving. Four days later the prescription arrived. What was so impressive was that my dog's other medication really wasn't working and I was going to have to return and start over on my order. Thank you Vet Rx Direct.

Although the staff responds to your phone call or email immediately, I have had many, many, many problems with delivery time in getting medication!! Vetrx Direct either has repeatedly blamed my vet's office for not getting back to them with a prescription (not the case) or the post office for losing the medication, and they still make me wait a full 8 days to send out a new package (when it's obviously stuck somewhere in transit), so that my pet ends up waiting 9 days for vital meds. Ridiculous!! I don't recommend Vetrx Direct!!

AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE I get a quick response everytime I email the Staff they're always very informative courtesy & polite I try every month to order a few bottles heart medication for my baby, he needs to take this medication to prolong his life Every month I get a update that I'm only allowed to order 1 bottle due understandable reason Each staff member responds to my issues in a timely manner AS I SAID THE STAFF IS SUPER AMAZING in all that they do especially during the pandemic Thank You Guys for your dedication & hard work

They are the best! I wrote a great review a few months ago and just wanted to add to it. This is my 2nd time ordering and the experience was just as good as the first. Unlike the previous company I used to order from. They even put a cute treat in the order!

VetRxDirect is the best Online pharmacy I've ever used in 30 years of having pets. They're better than any human or other non human pharmacy.

Prescriptions are received very quickly. Great customer service and you usually receive a little gift with every order.

When I first started ordering from them I believe they were a family owned company. Although they're huge now, the service is still the same whether family owned or not.

Great service, highly recommend. I've been ordering from this company for a while now and always been pleased with their service. But they went above and beyond on my last order. Due to an outdated prescription on file that only became apparent when I increased my order amount, the order was delayed and since I had not allowed extra time for delays, I was on the verge of running out of my supply (fluids for my CKD cat and you know regular vets charge 3 times as much for the supplies and aren't open on weekends anyway). It was no problem having my vet update the prescription, but now it was Friday and I was going to run out of supplies on Saturday, when no vet's office would be open. Knowing my deadline and without me even asking or charging extra for shipping, they shipped my order so that it arrived on Saturday! I was so relieved. Good prices and great service, I guarantee you won't find better anywhere! So glad I found this website - customer for life!

I was having a problem with one of the items on the website. It always showed that it was out of stock. Kylie went back and reset everything and I am now able to order the product that I wanted for my pet. She gave excellent customer service through her willingness to help me out. Kylie is alright!!!

I had to cancel an order before it was shipped. Customer service (via email) was super fast and human. I haven't received/used products yet, but would do so in the future.
