By my vet’s recommendation, I order Visbiome every month for my dog. It is an effective probiotic that very much helps lesson the severity of my senior dog’s acid reflux. Visbiome must maintain a low temperature during shipping. VetRxDirect uses a temperature controlled mailing packet which includes iced gel packs. Delivery is scheduled to guarantee 2-day arrival to ensure the temperature never gets beyond the recommended maximum.
Last week I placed my order on a Tuesday, expecting delivery by Thursday. It didn’t come, and still wasn’t at my house after the weekend. I contacted customer service and they explained that because of the crisis in Texas and Southern states, mail delivery had stalled until the situation resumed to normal. They promised to refund my shipping charges (which they did), and asked me to wait for the package, inspect the contents to decide if the integrity of the Probiotic was intact. I finally received the Visbiome on Wednesday...a full 6 days late! I was astonished to find the gel packs partially frozen and the temperature gauge on white (indicating that it was ok to use).
I appreciate that Customer Service at VetRxDirect kept me in the loop as to what was happening, and kept their promise to refund my shipping charges. But most of all they stand by their products to insure your pet receives the highest level of quality control. Thanks for that.

As soon as they get approval from my vet, the goods are promptly delivered.The best part is if you have to talk to someone, and they always treat you with respect and helpfulness.

Super impressed with this Pet Pharmacy. I found a heart medication called Vetmedin here when all others were out. Simple order process and they contacted my Vet for the prescription. Price was very reasonable. The package was delayed because of issues with the USPS but they shipped it next day. Very satisfied.

I placed an order with Vet RX Direct, which was immediately shipped via USPS. When it didn't arrive a week after the USPS expected delivery date, I went to the post office and was told that they weren't able to locate the package or explain the delay, and to contact the vendor. Our dog has cancer and we needed the meds as soon as possible. Also, our vet did not have them in stock and said it would be awhile before their shipment came in. I then contacted Vet RX, who immediately sent out a duplicate order with 2 day delivery at no charge. Amazing service! And great prices, I may add. I am a very satisfied customer and now a very loyal one.
