I placed my order on a Saturday and arrived the following Tuesday, everything was packaged so carefully so as nothing would spill or leak and even a little treat biscuit was included for my Jasper. Everything I purchased was reasonably priced. Very happy with my purchase. I will continue to shop with VetRx Direct.

Their website leaves a lot to be desired. When I logged in a pop up stated 10% savings for putting in your email address. I went through ordering product but the key word for a discount wouldn’t work. The issue was clicking the button showing the shipping is the same as billing. That didn’t work either. 1st and last time I’ll use this source.

Vet Rx was very proactive in reaching my veterinarian's office in order to obtain a copy of the prescription. The customer service is excellent and although this is the first time that I ordered pet prescriptions online (per my veterinarian's recommendation I ordered from Vet Rx) I feel confident enough to do again. VetRxDirect has been a great find for me. Their prices are excellent and their customer service is top-notch. For example, I noticed that I product that I had ordered in large quantity had a usage directive on the bottle that was contrary to all I had read: i.e., I should NOT dispense the medicine from the bottle in which the product arrived. I called my vet for an opinion and she said I should contact the manufacturer. Well, I tried to reach P.E.T. Pharmaceutical but to no avail. The only two links on their website to reach anyone did not work. So I contacted VetRxDirect, hoping they could shed light on this instruction. In 48 hours, Customer Service had contacted their pharmacist, who in turn contacted P.E.T. Pharmaceutical and got me the answer I needed. Can't ask for better assistance/service than that! I highly recommend them to any animal owner.

I strongly recommend shopping with VetRxDirect especially how they handled my problem with some leakage even if the bottles were well wrapped for leakage. They immediately handled the problem with utmost concern and satisfaction for the customer. Thank you for your superb customer care.

Great prices and wonderful customer service! With our order we received a sample of a honey oat
biscuit for our pup, Vinny, and fish treats for a cat! Our very picky Vinny, devoured the honey oat biscuit and our neighbor's cat loved the fish treats! Our order always arrives in about a week or less!

I needed to secure Vetmedin for my Yorkie’s heart condition. After several attempts at other places I came across VetRxDirect. I received a reply within hours. Erica exchanged emails with me and made me aware of each step in getting the prescription to me. She also told me when it was mailed. VetRxDirect offers customer service at its best. I highly recommend them!

There were a couple of issues with the Carprovet prescription for my dog unrelated to VetRxDirect. They kept communicating and helping me to get things right over, what seemed to me, a long period of time for a very modest order. Every communication was very helpful, and they were always friendly, courteous and professional. I highly recommend VetRxDirect for your pet's needs.

I have to say that I have always experienced the BEST customer service here. Yesterday I was concerned that there was an 'out of stock' notice on the medication I needed for one of my cats. I wrote and asked about it, and this wonderful person wrote back right away saying that there were indeed just a few left. I ordered right away and they made sure that there was one for me. Over the past two days, there have been several emails updating me on the status of my order. Above and beyond! Very grateful.

Amazing customer service. When email alone did not suffice, this company reached out to me by phone even! Who does that any more? I got my order placed that very day and just THREE days later had the medicine my dog needed...long before we ran out! I am so impressed.

VetRx Direct has been outstanding in getting my prescriptions filled for my diabetic dog. They reached out to my vet directly for a prescription even though I had one in the mail to them, and they emailed me personally with an updated status on the prescription and order. A different order I placed in the morning and the medication was on its way to me later that day, even with needing to receive a faxed prescription from another vet. I have used VetRx many times over the last couple of years. Twice now, I've had issues with compounded medicines for my cat. One time was during the Kincaid fire when the "supposed to be refrigerated" Rx was delayed and got warm. I voiced my concern and VetRx took super good care of me! Another time, just recently, I had an issue with another compounded medicine. I voiced my concern to VetRx. They researched my stated issue and responded with a detailed explanation that was kind, articulate and addressed the concern. Then, they went above and beyond by remaking the medicine and re-shipping, overnight, at no cost.

I am very impressed with VetRx's amazing and thoughtful customer service! I cannot say enough good things that convey my happiness with this business. I will tell all my friends and family who have fur-babies that this company is the go to company if you want to be an appreciated and well taken care of customer.
