My dog has a genetic disorder and requires several products that I either have not been able to find elsewhere or else they are heavily marked up. Thanks to VetRx I have been able to reliably get a hold of both her special ear cleaner and topical steroid cream without having to pay through the nose. They have great customer service as well and immediately fixed their error when they shipped me the wrong product by mistake. My dog is also a big fan, as every order from them comes with a complimentary dog cookie.

I have just had the same experience as another person. Vet RX took my money (immediately) then accused my vet of not sending the prescription - so they were "unfortunately" unable to fill my order. I checked with the vet (angry) and my vet confirmed they had faxed the prescription. Now I'm trying to resolve this with VetRX, my order is on hold, but hey, they still have my money, so all is good on their end. Will never, ever, order from them again. Avoid. I hope I get my money back. It's pretty clear I'm not going to get what I ordered. And my pet will suffer for it.

The medication order I placed on VetRxDirect.com three weeks ago still hasn't arrived. VetRxDirect blamed my veterinarian for not replying to their prescription approval request promptly, which she did--rather than taking responsibility for losing the approval. And, after calling my vet a liar, VetRxDirect refused to expedite the shipping when I requested it given the circumstances. Who is suffering? Not me and not my vet, but rather the sick little cat who's now in desperate need of the medication I ordered for her.

Hello - I've never ordered anything online for my pets until my Vet ran out of what I needed and I was forced to look for an online Pet Pharmacy that would fill the prescription.
I am glad I chose Vet RX Direct - they were responsive from the moment I contacted them - substantially less expensive than what I was paying my Vet for the meds - and best of all...they included a small bag of Cat Treats which arrived with my order. My Kitties thank you for that nice and delicious touch!

This was my first time using VetRxDirect Pet Pharmacy, and my experience exceeded my expectations. I researched online vet pharmacies, looking for quality, value, service, and on-time delivery. VetRxDirect came out on top; I especially liked their A+ BBB rating. My dachshund requires daily medication, so I needed a pharmacy that was reliable and that could get her medication to me on time. My first order hit a snag when a mix-up in my vet's office caused the prescription approval to be inadvertently delayed. VetRxDirect Customer Support alerted me to the problem, and I was able to get it resolved right away. Support let me know when they received the prescription and that they were filling the order. Then they emailed me when they shipped the order. In all the back-and-forth emails, the Support staff was helpful, knowledgeable, and reassuring. I simply cannot praise and thank them enough for the above-and-beyond job that they did. I received my order today, much sooner than I expected. The medication is identical in brand, packaging, lot number, and expiration date as that which I have been buying through my vet's office. The price was less, which is a huge concern as I am on a fixed income and the medication is expensive. I am so grateful to the professional staff at VetRxDirect for all they did to get this medication to me in time despite the unforeseen snag. I see this as the beginning of a long and satisfying business relationship.

Ordered medicine vital to my dogs breathing Saturday morning. Paid extra for 2 day shipping. Called on Monday morning only to get a complacent employee who didn't care. ONLY after I told her I had already spoke to the vet who verified they had confirmed the prescription did she finally admitted they had received confirmation from the vet but she added " it's only been like an hour ago". I explained that we were running out of the meds and needed them for my pet to breath. She said they would try to ship that day and Tuesday at the latest. I reminded them I paid extra for shipping and restated that my dog needed this medicine to breath. BUT IT DIDN'T MATTER! I continued to watch for tracking info but nothing shipped so Tuesday night I sent an email AGAIN explaining that this medicine was critical. NO RESPONSE FROM THOSE JOKERS FOR 2 DAYS! This is what I got Thursday,

"I am very sorry for any delay with your order, we needed to order more inventory ...Your order is shipping today and should arrive on Saturday.

Paid for 2 day shipping, it took 8 days to get the meds. Once tracking info posted it still took 3 days to deliver. I guess they are pocketing the extra you pay for shipping because the only thing that took 2 days was them to respond to my email.

I have ordered insulin syringes twice from VetRXDirect and have had nothing but the kindest treatment especially from Erika. I love our vet clinic but it seemed there was some mix up and Erika at VetRxDirect continued to assure me that she would continue to call and fax our vet clinic until she was able to get approval. She e-mailed me immediately when she called them. When I e-mailed y'all, Tyler quickly responded. Whenever I have talked to Erika, she is warm, friendly and assuring. I trust her, so I trust that there will be follow through with what I ordered. When I have called, I feel like someone really cares, so this tells me that your company is not about money but about service and in this day and age that is rare! This was the first time placing an order from this company, and I am always a little apprehensive when dealing with an unfamiliar business. The ordering process was clear, straight forward, and quick, and the product I ordered was fairly priced. Much to my surprise, the order arrived three days later (I was expecting it to take at least a week or more), and the contents were accurate. The customer service department appears to be very accessible, with quick responses.
I will likely order from here again.

I am very happy with this company! I get my pets meds much cheaper than I've paid in the past. The best part is they have text message reminders for refills that you can reply-to and order directly from your phone or you can specify a timeframe for another reminder if you are not ready for a refill. Super convenient! So far, I am very happy with them.

I had some issues with their text messaging re-ordering system. After communicating back and forth with their customer service team, they helped right the wrong and acknowledged my initial frustrations, which I greatly appreciate. The medication I order for my dog I cannot find through any other online pharmacy and it’s extremely expensive when ordered directly through my vet. I’m grateful this pharmacy has it available and at a very reasonable price point.
