Fantastic customer service!

VetRxDirect contacted me because they noticed the expiration date on the product I ordered was just 4 months away. They checked with their supplier and couldn't get one with a later expiration date. They offered to ship the rest of my order with no shipping charge if I wanted to cancel that item, even though it no longer met the minimum for free shipping, or if I still wanted the item they'd give me a discount. All of this was done the same day I placed my order, and it shipped that day as well. I don't know any other company who would check expiration dates much less immediately contact the customer. Superb customer service - they're now my first choice for pet products!! P.S. Their prices were the best too.

Couldn’t be happier with the service

Couldn’t be happier with the service! First I had a question about my order and talked to a very nice young lady who was happy to help.The company has excellent and quick Communication skills to let you know what going on -Thank you Sam. In today’s world where so many companies have Automated phone service it’s nice to see a company that believes in good old fashion customer service they have earn our business.

My vet charged me 2x the cost for the…

My vet charged me 2x the cost for the supplement I found on this website. Plus, the vet called it a prescription, charging me an office visit and forcing me to endure the unpleasant act of dragging my cat to their office.

Amazon requires memberships and they tax this supplement.
Supplements are not taxable in my State.

VetRxDirect saved me a lot of money. Free shipping because my order was over $49 (I think). The order was processed fast. And I feel better knowing places like ebay and amazon are not getting high fees from vendors.

So, I am no longer controlled by local vets, I saved $75, I kept the profit in the vendors pocket not some 3rd party.

Great Service!

Great service and very responsive. They helped me expedite my prescription and updated my delivery address. Also, like that they bottles were bubble wrapped and taped to prevent leakage and protect products. My dog like the treat too. Thanks.

This is one of the best online comapanies ever

This is one of the best online pharmacies ever. They are so easy to work with. And orders are always processed quickly. I just received an order with a spilled medicine and the pharmacy tech Gabby was awesome. Took care of everything very quickly and is sending a replacement. I will never go anywhere else for my kids meds.

Kudos to Farrell!

I would like to send kudos to Customer Service rep Farrell. I spoke with her over a product that was not a fit for our furry kids. She helped facilitate and quickly rectify a miscommunication that occurred as well. She was professional and proactive and friendly- every thing a customer needs to hear and experience when going through a problem with a purchase. I hope if you have to call for anything you reach Farrell - she will see you through a resolution. Thank you Farrell for your help. We truly appreciate you!

Vetrxdirect does not have true auto refill!

For a company that advertises ease of use and Auto Refill they do niether. Not automatic, not ease of use. Got to call each time or buy a cell phone so you can receive a text???? How is this automatic. Any one of the other online pet med companies have true auto refill. ie...you sign up, it comes in the mail on regular basis, no text, no phone calls, no run around with computer chats!! If you want true auto refill without the bs use pet meds or chewy!

I'm sorry, but for prescription items, we do not have auto-delivery as our pharmacists would like you to confirm via text or by placing your order that you still need the prescription before we ship a refill or contact your veterinarian for a new prescription. We do have auto-delivery that does not require texting a response or placing an order for over-the-counter products.

Kylie was everything you expect in…

Kylie was everything you expect in customer service but rarely find--pleasant, quick, efficient, and solved my problem. There was an error made the last time I ordered--I paid for 10mL but only received 5mL. I only discovered this problem after running out of the eye drops. While I was communicating with Kylie, she had the order filled by the pharmacist and picked up by the carriers who just happened to be picking up! She sent it "next day" delivery and I will be received the drops tomorrow! Kylie is a wonderful asset to VetRxDirect.

Give them a try!

Overall, this is a great company. I'd love to give 5 Stars but lack of someone on weekends & after 5pm to speak to left me a little disappointed. The service I did get during their hours is fantastic!
On a side note...my little Yorkie is a very picky eater & does not care for most snacks or treats. Vetrx set a sample of a naturally made treat & my little finicky man gobbled it up. Not only did we get his meds at a lower cost than the vet but we also found a treat he will enjoy! Thanks Vetrx!!

Very professional and follow through…

Very professional and follow through service.

Since I posted my order got immediate follow up.
When having the requirement to get my pet's vet prescription, VetRxPet follow thoroughly and let me know what the status was.
Kudos to Kylie as I contacted customer service to get status of my order after I heard from the vet that the prescription was approved.
Kylie took care of my questions and was to kind to explain me all the details of my order and follow up with me until my order was released and ready to get it shipped.

Quick suggestion on regards the web site is: for those medications that require prescription and that the quantity to order is limited, add logic to refrain the user of asking for more than it is allowed.

I had a great chat experience!

I had a great chat experience with Kylie today who went above my expectations! I was following up on my cats medication for hyperthyroidism and Kylie explained yes they received my mailed in prescription but I had not submitted my order on line. I was new to VetRX and had not remembered I needed to do that process.
In addition to this, the prescription was for 60 tablets and VetRX bottle size is 100 for which they cannot breakup. No worries, Kylie called my veterinary to see if we could get the prescription increased. All this while on our chat! Didn't miss a beat.

Good price, Great service

Great price, and a wide selection of options.
Beyond that I have found the customer service personnel tremendous.
Their was a slight communication breakdown between my vet and VetRxDirect, and I asked for help.
First thing I liked was a very fast response from Tyler, a great communicator from my perspective. He “problem solved” the issue and stayed with it till complete.
That meant a great deal to me !

An Absolute Treasure Find - Thank You for Your Kindness1

For all out there who are moms and dads to fur babies and any other of God's beautiful creatures, and should they come to the point where they need medication for which many may not be able to afford - VetRxDirect Pet Pharmacy is the one to contact. I am a hospice mom to senior fur babies and others. My one boy, Baci, is a hospice senior Shih Tzu who has severe congestive heart failure. All of those working at VetRxDirect were so kind and compassionate with Baci's situation. They contacted my vet directly to have the prescription sent to them - they did the calling and my doctor's office faxed to them immediately; they emailed me with each step they took; and simply reading their kind words gave me comfort in knowing that Baci's prescription would be forthcoming in a short period of time - which it did and I was shocked as his medication was running very low. Their prices are amazing and they even have a promo code. Today in my email I received a discount on my next purchase. It made an extremely stressful time in my Baci's life much, much less stressful. My vet's office, with all of their wonderful staff, and VetRxDirect, have given me the comfort in knowing that I can order and receive Baci's prescriptions in virtually no time.
