Definitely a great place to do business with!

What a great company to do business with. I was a little stressed over going to my vet & asking for a prescription for my cats medicine. I didn’t have to. I just went to vetrxdirect on line, ordered it & they did all the rest. My vet charges me double for the same medication that I received from vetrxdirect & I didn’t have to drive an hour (round trip) to pick it up. All in all, they saved me time, money & gas! I would recommend vetrxdirect to anyone!!!

Extraordinarily Happy

I have been ordering transdermal medications for our kitty Dinky for the past several years due to his ulcerated mouth (stomatitis). Rubbing prednisone on his ears is far easier than forcing pills into his inflamed mouth every day. My vet does not carry transdermal medications so their office was happy to fax my prescription and refills. VetRXDirect has been critical to my kitty receiving medication without pain or stress and I am forever grateful to them. Their prices are very reasonable and I usually order on a Sunday and pay for two day business delivery so I have the meds by Wednesday. Email response from the company is extraordinary and I have become very dependent on their services.

A-MAZING!!

A-MAZING!!! My dog was recently diagnosed with Diabetes. My vet didn't give a lot of direction on what to order -- just some brands and said the needles would be brand appropriate. I ordered what I thought was correct (scared to death I would put my dog into a coma). I received an email from VetRXDirect CONCERNED about what I was ordering. The Pharmacist, Robbie, then called me, then called my Vet (multiple times) called me back again to update me on what was going on. He said the next morning I would be receiving a call to "correct" my order - "what time would be a good time for them to call me back"!! Like clock work, I received a call the next morning from Gabby - who was just as professional and caring as Robbie was. I am beyond grateful for the genuine care and concern I received from these two folks. I have told ALL of my pet friends - if meds are needed look no further - VetRXDirect is the place to order from. AN ONLINE STORE THAT CARES!!!!! (I even told my Vet, all about my experience in hopes she too will recommend VetRXDirect)

Thank You Robbie and Gabby. We are on day 3 and so far so good.

Terrific customer service, easy ordering

Terrific customer service and easy to work with. I get my cat's insulin through them and customer service responds quickly if I have questions on my order. Deliveries arrive within 1-2 days in a secure and cold package.

They really care about their customers…

They really care about their customers and their pets. I was worried about getting my order in time and they made sure to process and ship it all right away so that it got here when I needed it. Great customer service and they show great concern for the pets.

This is my first experience using this company…OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE!

This is my first experience using this on line Pet Pharmacy. My vets office sold an Oatmeal and Aloe shampoo for Cats with allergies and dry skin. My cat had literally no hair and this shampoo made her hair grow back and she has never lost hair again over a year with this shampoo. Out of the blue my vet stopped selling it so I ran to the internet with the empty bottle praying to find it on line. Amazon and others had it but much more expensive but I found VetRXDirect to be the cheapest and an actual pet pharmacy.

I ordered it on line and bad enough standard shipping is 5 to 8 business days but 2 weeks passed no bottle. So I called the customer service number and left a voice mail and I did not get a phone call back so I went to the website and sent a message via chat and also by email to make sure some helps me. I was unhappy & skeptical that I was told customer service is only through the internet not by an actual phone call. My online messages were answered the same day by Jane initially apologizing that I did not receive the bottle of shampoo delivered by FEDEX and asked me to confirm my address and another bottle will be sent to me.

So I verified my address by email and the next day which was this morning I received an email from Kylie stating that instead of resending me the shampoo in 5 to 8 business days that they over knighted the shampoo to me instead and I will have it the next day. So with all that being said I am very pleased at how fast I was responded to by email no less and the problem handled immediately with the luxury of over night shipping.

I do not like on line purchasing or any type of customer service correspondence at all, I want to talk to a live person and I was shocked and amazed how fast and in contact Jane and Kylie were with me to get this rectified. This was outstanding customer service that I have ever received and I thank you both so much for escalating this situation for my cats needs and because my bottle of shampoo must have ended up at wrong persons door.

Thank you so very much for actually caring because most customer service representatives don't.

This is the online pharmacy that I will…

This is the online pharmacy that I will always rely on. Since we found out our pet Sammy has diabetes. Vetrx has worked with our vet to get him the correct insulin at the best prices and deliveries are on time. It is nice to have a pharmacy that will work directly with your vet to give your pet the best care available.

This is the pharmacy we depend on for our pet's needs. Anytime there have been concerns about medications ordered, customer service has been able to assist and rectify those concerns with expedience and professionalism. In this instance, Gabby was EXCELLENT. She's an asset to the business.

VetRxDirect is the BEST!

VetRxDirect is the BEST!! My dog is blind and needs eye drops daily to keep inflammation down and to prevent glaucoma. At the dog optometry office these drops increased from $12 to $60 overnight but I had no choice because no one else carried this drug, until I found VetRxDirect. I'm at fault for waiting too long long to re-order. It's hard to tell when the bottle is low so 2 times ago I ran out and had to pay the vet's outrageous price. It almost happened again this time. I just noticed I was low so I reordered from VetRxDirect and I was very impressed at how quickly my order was received. Knowing now how quickly the order is delivered, I wont panic the next time I run low on this drug. VetRxDirect has very reasonable prices and is extremely fast, and since they now have my dog's prescription on file, it's easy peasy. 5 STARS FROM ME !!

My order went missing in the mail and it took me a few days to realize it. When I contacted customer service via email, the response was prompt and apologetic in addition to quickly correcting the issue. I am very pleased with the customer service team and their commitment to their clients.

Pepcid compound order

I needed liquid form of Pepcid for my dog who is recovering from intestinal blockage surgery as soon as possible. It is hard enough getting my doggie to take a pill, so any liquid form for helps. I asked for a rush, and Gabby and her team came through! My order shipped within a day of ordering! Heartgard purchase delivered with a cookie!

I made an order a week ago for my cat

I made an order a week ago for my cat, and when I check online for my order status it tells me "Waiting for veterinary approval". When I call customer service I get a message saying that I called during peak hours, and then it hangs up. With Chewy.com it usually took prescription medication a maximum of 3-4 days to get to me. VetRxDirect is a horrible place.

I'm very sorry you weren't able to reach any technicians at the time you called. There is an option to leave a voicemail and a technician should respond that same business day. Our standard procedure is to contact your veterinarian directly either by fax or email, and if we do not receive a response within one business day, we will send a follow-up request. In this case, I am not seeing we ever received a response. I do apologize for the negative experience you had with our pharmacy and appreciate your feedback regarding this concern.
