When I was having trouble getting my cat's needles for hydration, he has renal disease, and there was a mix-up between the Vet and the pharmacy, VetRxDirect realized how distressed I was to get the needles soon for our cat Charlie so he wouldn't suffer, they called the Vet and got it straightened out. I am so grateful to them for taking that extra step.

My rescue Himalayan is prone to upper respiratory infections. At one point he was so ill, it was scary. I had never seen such a serious URI.

I ordered Enisyl-F (L-Lysine), Amino B Plex and Liquid Immuno. He gets them every day, loves the taste, and his immune system has gotten so strong, I'm thrilled. He's now happy and healthy as can be. What more can a pet owner ask for?

I’m dealing with two kitties on prozac and they are a full time job. My vet had me order their meds through VetRxDirect. I had some issues filling in the info and delayed the order. ALL MY FAULT! I was getting close to running out of their meds so I called and spoke to Gabby. She not only helped untangle what I had done but made sure the order went out almost immediately! I received the meds in time for their next dose.

I had a cat was diagnosed hyperthyroidism so I got the transdermal cream from them, each time it was different, something was not right with the dosage she would get sick and her symptoms would come back after using this a year I wised up and found a local compound pharmacy and in two months she hasn't been sick once so I know it was the cream they were sending, also they would never send in the right package for the cream it cannot be too hot or too cold or it's ruined several packages were ruined.

I was very impressed with the entire experience I had with VetRxDirect. They had difficulty getting a prescription from my vet but were persistent and got the job done. The bottle of eye drops I needed for my dog cost me $20 at my vet (and her prices are the cheapest in the Dallas area) and thru this company they were $7. A huge saving! Even with shipping, I paid less for 2 bottles of eye drops than I would have for one bottle at my vets! WOW! Delivery was quick and I am one happy customer. Keep up the good work VetRxDirect! I will be using your company in the future!

I used to pay $160 a month for my dogs medication until I found this site. I now get two months worth of medication for less than what I used to pay for a months. They kept in contact with me about my orders if the vet wouldn't send the ok, and are very friendly. I definitely recommend this site for your pets needs!

My oldest dog has epilepsy and we get his prescription medication (Zonisamide) from VetRx. Customer service is excellent and I can always count on VetRx to get his medication to me within a few days after I order it. They check with the neurologist vet when he needs refills. Te price is better than any of the local pharmacies.

We've been getting his meds here for over a year and we've never experienced any problems.

Their vet database is incorrect and, instead of picking up the phone and calling me, they sent me email after email asking me to correct a problem... except I have the correct information - their database is wrong! Extremely poor customer service and glitchy website.

Stay away from this company!! Unethical, sent me HOT chemo medicine $@32/pill. Didn’t use enough ice to ship to me. Then sent HOT probiotics and I live in the tropics. Not enough ice and I paid for shipping. Poor business practices and don’t trust these liars with your $$$. I hope they go out of business soon. Find another place that is professional. They are pathetic.
