Lorenzo was brilliant with Blue, gave him a thorough examination and explained fully what he thought we should do, with recommendations if he was still poorly the next day.

They were wonderful, friendly and efficient.

Outstanding. Caring, compassionate, empathetic. Our beloved cat sadly passed whilst in their care but it wasn't entirely unexpected and we were overwhelmed by their kindness. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

The vets sorted my puppy out very quickly and explained everything they did

Late on Saturday night/Sunday morning. Efficient process and all staff calm, friendly and reassuring. Made sure Oscar dog was comfortable whilst waiting to see Vet. Vet thorough, explanations where needed, options explained, fully informed to enable decisions. When dog had deteriorated and had to be admitted for 24 hrs experienced same thoroughness and care and was kept informed of his progress. Highly recommend these vets and staff.

Our dog woke in the early hours squealing and shaking with buckling legs and abdomen going hard . We contacted this emergency vet service and from start to finish they were excellent. They quickly diagnosed swimmers tail and treated and advised us on follow up . We felt guilty for calling for help in the middle of the night but they were brilliant .

After calling the emergency line I was directed to Kendal to get my dog treated. They were waiting when I arrived and treatment was immediate. The team were fantastic and I can’t praise them highly enough. My dog has now recovered completely and back to normal.

My cat’s injury was dealt with swiftly and professionally and the claim for his treatment was easy to get under way.

The consultation fee is daylight robbery! I was in and out of the surgery in 20 minutes and £357 lighter. The treatment itself was only £50.

Amazing! I can’t fault these guys at all, my little dog was so poorly, they treated her and looked after her beautifully.
Even gave her a wash because she’s made a mess of herself.
Felt well cared for and I wouldn’t ever think twice about calling them again.
The Vet who cared for Bella was amazing and I can’t thank him enough for everything he did for her.

I have a very nervous French Bulldog and vet visits are usually very traumatic for all involved… Alessandro the vet we saw took his time to settle Marley as much as possible and made the visit quick and almost painless. It was lovely to see that he didn’t judge and understood Marley was just scared. It meant a lot.

The vet Lorenzo was very clear and took the time to explain the op. I waited the 2 hours until the op was over and the vet came out to explain the complications due to kittening and expelling of her uterus. she was recovering well and I could go home. He rang me after a few hours to explain follow up and when I could collect my
beautiful cat. Later that day she was able to be reunited with her kittens.

Lorenzo was very understanding and through and really cared. Great treatment for my dog and for me.

The Vets Now are a beacon of light for owners and dogs, in the night and weekend’s when no one else is interested, they really do help you, kind, caring and they get on with it and deliver what they say, a relief to know they are there.

One of the most horrific experiences of my life. I cannot go into detail as I am taking this further, but the incompetence, greed, and dithering of the vet led to the agonising and unnecessary death of my young and previously healthy little girl cat. Had I been informed that this company and not my usual vet covered out of hours here, we would have gone elsewhere. From the other reviews here, some of this franchises vets seem excellent. This was absolutely not my experience. If you are forced to use this service, I wish you luck. If I could give zero or minus stars I would.

We visited as an emergency with our dog whilst we were on holiday in the area. We were seen immediately by a very professional and friendly vet and were very happy with the consultation and treatment recommended. Very prompt with the necessary paperwork required to claim on our insurance.

I needed an emergency vet over the Easter weekend and Vets Now @ Kendal we're amazing at a very distressing time. I can't thank all the staff enough for putting my mind at ease and checking over my elderly dog at such short notice. Also, taking away the stress of the insurance claim was such a massive help and very much appreciated. Thank you so much!
