Very efficent triage system. Excellant vet who took time to observe the cat. Gave good advice and explanations.

Amazing quality but incredibly expensive
I’ve had two experiences now with Vets Now and they’ve both been excellent. The one in Kendal was swift but very bespoke to the issue my dog was experiencing. They didn’t undervalue my worry and they trusted how well I knew my dog and what was and wasn’t normal for her. The only issue is that I find them incredibly expensive. I understand the service that they are providing needs to be higher than standard vets, but their charges really are too high. This won’t stop me from using them in another emergency, but if I do find an appropriate alternative emergency vet, I will go elsewhere. Can’t beat the service and results though. One of which was life threatening.
