Customer Services were outstanding, we had an issue with the tickets the night before the event that could have ruined the whole trip but it was sorted so quickly and professionally

Great customer suport and tickets delivered

This was a present for my granddaughter for her birthday. Her and my wife went and said it was awesome. Seats were great. They loved it.

There ticket costs are reasonable and It was a quick an easy process. 😋

Avoid at all costs , their customer service is a mess and they find anyway they can to charge you,even when you have done nothing wrong.Sent them two tickets(under two different listings) for a cricket match with total face value £102; they sold both tickets for a combined £33 by mistake and then charged me over £90 in “charges” so I ended up LOSING money!

I wanted very last minute tickets to see Paddington, The Musical in London, to treat a friend visiting from overseas. After realising it was impossible, with the show being booked up several months in advance, I tried Viagogo. To my astonishment there were two tickets in the stalls. After some deliberation, since I have read how some tickets from the third party vendor have not been valid, I went ahead and booked the tickets, which turned out to be re-sale tickets. The seats were amazing and the show outstanding. Thank you, Viagogo!!!

Excellent! Everything went smoothly and to plan. Clearly communicated when things were going to happen and they happened. Happy with the service and the seller.

I used Viagogo to buy tickets for Luke Combs at Wembley. After hearing some horror stories I then relisted the tickets as was worried about not getting in. I kept 2 of the 4 tickets as was also going on the Friday so figured if they were dodgy then at least I’ll have seen him once! Was then panicking over not receiving them in time to pass on to my buyer. I needn’t have worried. I contact their customer service on a few occasions and they were brilliant, confirming I wouldn’t be penalised if I couldn’t share the tickets by the deadline as they were a resale. I needn’t have worried, both sets of tickets arrived a few days before the event so I was able to send money on to my buyer. The money was out into my PayPal a few days ago. Sorry for the long read but thought it might help anyone worried about using this site… I’ll deffo use again!!

The customer communication could still be improved; I mean after I was charged for the ticket, it wasn´t clear when was the ticket gonna be sent to my ticketmaster account

Potentially the best night of my life. Myself and a friend decided to purchase Luke combs tickets roughly 2 weeks before the concert, can’t recommend the process enough of viagogo. I was worried after hearing horror stories of scams but we got a fantastic price for our tickets and got them plenty of time before the concert

All went smoothly and we had a great time.
