It was the first time we puchased tickets from your platform. Until that time we were totally unaware of this "universe".... When we purchased the tickets for our concert, we had gone through a difficult process to acquire these tickets from official platform "ticketmaster". Unfortunately the platform couldn't be downloaded in our country. So initially we could'n find the tickets (we wanted to give them as a surprise present for our daughter). Unhappiness covered our family. After some weeks, I discovered your platform and i realized that I could purchase the tickets from you. I asked the official issuer if these tickets are real and they answered that they cannot guarantee anything which will be out of their responsibility.
Web also, offered many different opinions from satisfied or unsatisfied consumers of yr platform and this created a complete mess.
Despite this info, we did purchase the tickets.
We were extremly happy but at the same time very reluctant and in agony if these tickets are valid.
On top we had the info that we couldn't print the e- tickets . We had to expect them by courrier (DHL ITALY) very few days before the concert. This caused again a stressful situation, because we had to book flight and hotel accommodation one year ago to match the dates of the concert. After all we may travel and not being able to attend the event.
So when we received your news that tickets can be printed and when we entered the show and realized the tickets were valid and yr platform reliable, we were "flying on the skies".
Having this result, I can retroactively say that your support and info were adequate and helpful as well as the interest for after the show impressions is well received and aknowledged.
So, one thing it could be better for us is related with the reliability of yr platform.
Objective refference and credentials can help people like us who are not familiar to purchase the tickets but in a calm and relaxed feeling and not under stress.
Second, cases like ours that we must travel to attend the concert, could be a good case of service from yr side so to assist with useful info. However we could highly appreciate if this info could have been provided from a real person at live time and not waiting for some time responds from customer support. Why? because the exact moment I must make the decision to proceed or not, i have so many questions related to this purchase, that I need an experienced person that knows our status and can lead us how to perform. to answer at the time of my quest and not waiting and might lose the available tickets i have found at the platform. I need the answer fast.
Regarding the prices I believe we paid more expensive. I like the option you offer for reselling. I had no other services used.
So concluding, I can say that we are satisfied at the end of the day that we found tickets, we attend the show, we were able to print them and yr platform was reliable and caring for our satisfaction. We are going to use it in the future. Thank you for your support and opportunity to give joy to our daughter and spend great time with WEEKEND!!

Thanks to viagogo, I was still able to get hold of tickets for Tomorrowland. Everything went very smoothly. Given the high administrative fee, I’d actually expected that the wristbands would at least be delivered in the TML box.

I bought 2 normal ticket, but I received 2 student tickets instead

Ease of ticket purchase. Klarna option was. A great and beneficial surprise option and made the event possible for us. Also ease with which rockets arrived and transferred to Apple wallet

Awful company. I sold tickets with Viagogo November for Peter Kay. The buyer has said she didn’t receive the tickets. I contacted ticket master who I bought them off. They sent new tickets out and said to tell buyer to use them as original tickets were now invalid. I sent her the new tickets from ticketmaster on the day of the concert. I told her the original ones were not valid anymore so to use new tickets at ticket masters request. She emailed to say thank you I have received them. Apparently she used original tickets I said not to use so they came up not valid. I have been told the person at the door let her in. I’m assuming they knew her. She then told viagogo she didn’t get in. I contacted ticket master who confirmed she used wrong ticket and didn’t use the new ticket she was told to use. Viagogo decided I wasn’t getting the money and cancelled the sale even though it was her fault. I have emailed so many times since this event and had no luck. I am now going to contact a small claims no win no f e solicitor. Even if I end up out of pocket it will be worth it to make Viagogo pay up for there and the buyers mistake. I would
Never use them again and have told as many people as possible to never use them.

Everything worked like clock work. I was a little aprehensive, admittedly, but needn't have been.

The tickets were legit , they were tranfered to my Ticketmaster account a week before the event (I was advised it would be on the day ) so glad they came though earlier . Would definitely use viagogo again for concert tickets

I went several times to Tomorrowland using Viagogo tickets and never had any issue.

The concert was wonderful. Everything was perfectly organized by the company. There were no problems

My phone was snatched in London at Oxford Circus street on the 25th morning. I came alone for the concert. Long story short, I was able to attend the concert because the ticket offices were open and there was a lovely lady who served me and empathised with my traumatic experience that morning. That to me was the next best thing after watching Bruno. 100% recommend!

What an amazing experience, too more great gigs!

I sold tickets I had bought through viagogo back through their website. When the funds didn’t arrive I complained and advised Viagogo I had proof not only on their website the tickets had been sold but the person who bought them confirmed they had the tickets. Apparently I hadn’t confirmed the transfer in time on their site so Viagogo decided I should not get my money.
This is what they say: We are contacting you regarding your order 645829451 for Gorillaz on 20 June 2026.i am totally disgusted - here’s what they said:We have completed our review of the dispute referenced above. At this time, we are unable to accept the dispute due to invalid proof of transfer. The documentation provided did not meet the required criteria necessary to support a reversal. As previously requested, valid proof of transfer must clearly include:
• Date and time the transfer was completed
• Event details (event name, date, time, and section, row, seat numbers, and any included concessions)
• Buyer’s information, including the email address used for EACH transfer

Additionally, all screenshots or documentation must be UNCROPPED, UN-PHOTOSHOPPED, and CLEARLY LEGIBLE. Proof that does not include all required details cannot be accepted.

Because the required valid documentation was not provided, the dispute has been denied and the charge remains valid. This determination is final, and the case is now closed.

At no point did viagogo make any attempt to ask me for further proof and all their advisors told me is that viagogo would do a review. They now have my money for the original purchase and the additional moneys for the resale of this tickets. Do not use viagogo. !!

The tickets were available two days before the concert, i received notifications when they were available, so it helped a lot with having confidence that everything is going to work out good. And it did. The concert was amazing!
