A site that is scammed - Stay away!
I was attempting to buy 2 Mark Knofler concerts in Copenhagen today. The price showed 2283 DKK so I thought that was great.

However, after putting in the credit card info the price was pumped to over 6000 DKK because it did not show the ticket price correctly + the hidden fees. After this incident I've filed a Police case against them. This is robbing by daylight here.

Has anyone actually received the tickets they paid for from this Swiss fraudster? I bought some for Cliff Richard and they can just send a refund they say. The wife will go bonkers...

More like 0 stars. Awful company - happy enough to take your money with no guarantee that you’ll actually receive your tickets or get into an event. Of course you only find this out after you’ve “bought” your tickets!!

SWISS THIEVES!!!!!!!!! That's all I can say!! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM EVER AND TELL EVERYONE YOU KNOW ABOUT IT! I have bought 2 tickets to Mark Knofler and then realized that the exact same category of tickets still available on a reliable website was 4 times less!!!! I did not get the tickets yet and they say they will send them to me on the same week of the event (June 2019) so I will wait to get the tickets for which I was totally robbed for and as far as I can anticipate I will probably not get the tickets at all anyways :-( It's amazing how these sites are operating and there is no rules or laws that can get to them!!!
Update 07/12: so I got an email saying download your tickets, when I do that I get 2 tickets that are not in my name so I have no idea if they will be valid on the concert day! Real cost of the 2 tickets 130 EUROS - what I paid them 375 EUROS!!! I'll say they know how to rob you in the clear bright open!! I cannot say enough: DO NOT BUY ANY TICKETS WITH THEM!!!

Keep away- hidden fees, prices without VAT, stressful purchase process. Feels like, and probably is a scam.

Don’t buy tickets from this company!
We ordered football tickets for a match in Buenos Aires and they was not valid! Then they refused to give back our money! So stay away from these criminals.....

1. They sell illegal tickets. Apparently being based in another country means they don't have to comply with local laws. In Scandinavia it is illegal to resell tickets above face value.
2. They sell invalid tickets. Some artists and venues demand that the name on the ticket matches your ID, but viagogo resells them anyway
3. They lie about remaining tickets in order to get you to buy quickly.

Only buy tickets by Viagogo when they're sold out by the main vender as you pay a considerable over price for the tickets they've bought up. Unpleasant business concept? Absolutely...

Terrible, never order from this site! They overprize the tickets three times the Ticketmaster-price. (The fee part of the ticket-price will not show before after you pay, in my case this was over 100 euros) Also you dont get the tickets before a week before the event, and I dont know if the tickets are real or not. I did not go to my concert so I dont know but they did not seem very real....

over priced tickets (double priced to be precise), awful service. My concert was postponed but they will not refund the money. Denmark should really do something about this website.

For the first time in my life, I am robbed on line, and for a lot of money. I am hoping my bank will recognize this company as a scam, and restitue some of the money. When I had paid, the total amount appeared with 199 DKK on top of the original ticket price PER PERSON ... And the confirmation by email says, I'll get the tickets 3 days before the concert...!! What should have been a nice family outing is now my tragedy of the month...
Don't buy anything through this company, if it even is one.

I bought some tickets for Strictly Come Dancing in Manchester last October, 2017.
The tickets should have been posted out to me. However, they had not arrived four days before the event, (end of January, 2018) so I contacted Viagogo.
After numerous attempts, I eventually got through to them and was informed that an email was being sent to me to say we could not have those tickets anymore, but we would be offered alternative seats.
I booked other seats, but was then informed I would have to pick the tickets up myself from a certain location in Manchester before the show.
They have no customer service skills and were rude on the phone.
I had paid to have the tickets posted out to me!
EXTREMELY UNPROFESSIONAL COMPANY, WHO I DO NOT TRUST AND WOULD NOT USE AGAIN.

I bought some tickets on the website. First of all the tickets were really expensive and second of all I haven't even received them yet. Even though I have been emailing the company I haven't gotten anything out of it. I REALLY wouldn't recommend this website to anyone!!!

Once again They stole the chance to go to a concert for me....now it was jeff dunham....

NOT even if it was my favourite band Would i support these low life con artists...

They have no moral while charging/ Stealing Money from other People. i hope They dont sleep at Night ....

I still dont understand why their con scheme is NOT illegal....jeeezzzz
