Tickets to Dian Krall concert in Vejle …

Tickets to Dian Krall concert in Vejle - Viagogo charged 3600 DKK for 2 tickets. Available in Veile ticket selling for 1600 DKK. The bill says that 100€ for one kind of costs + 50€ other kind of costs, etc. We would like to cancel transaction 5 minutes after purchase and we have got an email that they do not refund anything. Email signed by 'Pablo' or other name, without surname and in 'noreplay' form. They also lie telling that only few tickets back. They lied through their teeth. Keep away form that catastrophic service. They are thieves.

I sold my tickets eventually

I sold my tickets eventually, but when it came to receiving the payment, it took ages. Even if it is stated on the site that you should receive the money in 5-7 days, it lasted more than 3 weeks to see them.

Dodged a bullet

Dodged a bullet when I found another provider than Viagogo. Concert tickets were for sale at 90 € a piece, totalling 180 € for two. Viagogo would have me pay 260 €, listing all types of services and hidden fees. Spend a couple of minutes looking for another provider, and saved myself an amount almost equal to a third ticket.

Thanks to trustpilot and all the good people giving fair warnings, I avoided getting scammed. Don't go there.

Sold tickets I could not use with viagogo

Sold tickets I could not use with viagogo....they have not paid me back, refuse to allow me to use a danish account...while using viagogo.dk? How the f%ck is that possible? Even paypal, no payment received.
I recommend NEVER do business with these people. I would say worse things but that is probably illegal.

Do not use viagogo

Bought tickets using an iPhone and charges didn't show prior to submitting card details then I get charged £127 extra for booking fee charges and £9.95 for ticket delivery. Viagogo don't wish to acknowledge there's a problem dispite having screen prints to prove charges don't show if you purchase using a smart phone. Loads of people have had same problem. No customer service - it's made so difficult if not impossible for anyone to contact them. Do not use!

Swiss thieves.

I like many others have had money stolen by this company. I had 2 tickets sold to me for a lot of money I thought that ok but when the tickets arrived found that I had been charged at twice the face value of the tickets, and the excuse on their website as cost and availability may be limiting what a load of tosh!!
Avoid this company at all costs!!

Do not buy from this site!

I bought 2 tickets for the Bundesliga game between Bremen and Dortmund. A Christmas present for my daughter, who loves Dortmund. I paid 198 Euros for the tickets alone. On top of that is added a ticketing fee, delivery expenses etc. So total allmost 300 Euros. Well in the website it said, that we would be seated among the guest fans and would have full view. A small fortune but its a Christmas present. I just received the tickets today. The real price is 15 Euro per ticket - and we will not be seated. We will have to stand. Do not be fooled as I was - and let your friends know to stay clear off this site. They are crooks😔

Do not use viagogo

purchased tickets for my daughter and her friends to a much anticipated twenty one pilots concert. Ticket delivery was indicated as electronic. Few days before event got an email saying that the seller has decided to change delivery format to collection from box office on the day and i need to provide information and get an authorisation letter to pick up! Letter of authorisation did not arrive and I had to call day before event to request it. Ends up I paid 62 pounds booking fee and 9.95 shipping for the pleasure of standing in line for ticket pick up because apparently the seller 'couldn't upload the tickets' and viagogo don't care. Just great. Have requested viagogo to blacklist seller but they don't have any mechanism to rate or complain. DO NOT USE! the site offers no transparency and takes no responsibility while charging big fees.

SCAM DO NOT BUY HERE

I'll be honest and say we're a bit disappoint with the lack of customer service as we've emailed several times without any response. We have two issues that need to be resolved. Firstly, our profile setting was set to Hong Kong, before the tickets were purchased I took a photo of the screen to confirm the pricing with my partner. The screen was in HK dollars. So you can imagine our complete shock when we found that we had actually been charged in US dollars. What we thought was HK1665 ( x2 = 3680HK) was actually in US dollars. So we paid in total 3,836.83 US dollars for two tickets which is 29,785.27 HK. I'm sure you can understand the frustration. Also the tickets that were purchased are B Reserved. When you hover over the ticket that was purchased It's a floor ticket. What the actual seller gave us was Section 113, Row 15, Seat 15/16. When we asked the seller (30min before the show started) she said this was the B Reserved ticket and left the casino quickly. All messages went unanswered. This ticket and seat section were in the back of the stage... honestly the worst tickets in the house. We were going to just soak up the loss but given the fact that we were charges quadruple the price and the tickets that we received were not what we even paid for... we have an issue. We wrote to Viagogo after we noticed the huge charge and after 15 days they wrote back that they could't do anything because we didn't call right when we got the tickets. Firstly, they don't even list a customer service number on their site (sign number one!)... who were we suppose to call? But what we find really frustrating is the fact they won't stick by their 100% promise that they make you. Their seller sold bad tickets and they won't do anything about it. You've been warned! Don't buy here!!! Keep in mind we were also charged a $500 US dollar 'booking fee'... Insanity. Poor to zero customer service. Really awful company and I'll do everything in my power to make sure everyone knows about it until they fix the issue. DON"T BUY HERE!!!!

No support

Sent email with photo-id to verify I was the person paying fot the tickets as requested. After 1½ day I received a mail telling my message couldn't be delivered. Then sent a mail to get support as this needed to be done within 24 hours. No response - leaving me with no knowledge about if my tickets are still reserved for me or not. . . . .

Fake tickets!!

I was fooled by Viagogos ticket guarantee, as I bought tickets to Taylor Swift in June in Amsterdam! At first I was thrilled, because I thought I was finally going to go see Taylor Swift Live. And with my best friend, who is also a fan!
Firstly, the tickets were not in my name – which wasn’t a problem, because they don’t check your name when you go into the venue.
Secondly, the tickets were overprized, but I didn’t seem to mind, as I didn’t mind paying a little extra for something I’d been waiting for so long to do.
Thirdly (And this is where good, but suspicious, news turned bad,) the tickets turned out to be fake!! The tickets seemed to have been bought on pre-sale on Ticketmaster.com, so I e-mailed them the ticket number and customer name from the tickets, plus the “row and seat numbers” and the barcode number.
Ticketmaster e-mailed me back an hour later, that this Customer had bought tickets on their website, but not with these seats and that the barcode numbers were “unknown.”
It seems as if the customer has bought tickets and made news ones using photoshop, making money on fake tickets.

Viagogo states that the tickets are nun-refundable, and the only way to get my money back is to re-sell my tickets. But then I would be doing something illegal, too!

First of all, I don’t see how there’s a ticket guarantee, when something like this can happen!
Second of all, if they claim to check that the tickets are valid, they’re equally responsible for illegal sales (fake AND overprized tickets!)

I wouldn’t recommend Viagogo or under any circumstances! There’s a chance that the tickets you get from Viagogo ARE valid, but I wouldn’t risk it, knowing what I know now!
And, just like Ticketmaster, I recommend that you always buy tickets from Ticketmaster, and not any other company unless the venues tell you differently.

400 % overprized tickets !

We paid online Euro 1038 for 3 tickets to a match at Camp Nou. The actual price is Euro 240. Viagogo refuses to act on this fraud, writing that the seller can charge as much as he likes. Name of seller remains a secret. Viagogo must be avoided at all times.
