I wish I could give 0 stars. I bought tickets for a concert back in 2020 which was rescheduled 2 times due to covid and which couldn’t be refunded (first point that I find very unfair, as with this logic they could reschedule indefinitely the event and never reimburse any ticket).
But OK, now the event is finally happening and I am trying to resell my tickets as I cannot attend anymore in the original location. The issue is that when I have re-listed my tickets for sales, then Viagogo has not moved them on sales (My Listing is empty and you cannot even find the event on their website now) and at the same time has cancelled them from my list of tickets. Now I can’t download my tickets, and I can’t s lol them. It’s almost 3 months that I am trying to contact customer service for support with just frustrating results. Stay away from this company!

We bought tickets on Viagogo for my parents to go and see Eric Clapton in the Royal Albert Hall (Sat 7th May). When booking the tickets we selected post to home address but soon found out that that was a huge mistake - people advised us not to do this. We contacted Viagogo & requested that option be changed to deliver to the hotel address my parents were staying in London. Viagogo acknowledged the request & said that will be done.
The week of the gig we rang them to make sure all was ok & still on track (Tuesday) to be told on the phone that they posted the tickets to ireland even though that was not what was requested. We phoned them over & over & over again throughout the week to figure out what could be done as my parents were leaving for London on Thursday & there was still no sign of the tickets. Needless to say my parents had to leave for London & I was left to try & sort it out.
Viagogo has the most useless customer service. They don’t give a dam & couldn’t be bothered helping or trying to figure out an alternative. I spent a fortune calling them. Each time I was promised a call back - not one call back was received. I must have had 15 times with them all of which had the same outcome - nothing resolved.
Tickets finally arrived on Friday so I paid €95 to get the tickets express shipped to London which would arrive next day on Saturday. Unfortunately UPS failed & my parents on the day of the gig were still left with no tickets.
I rang Viagogo & once again explained the situation for the 15th time. They don’t leave any case notes because every-time I called I had to explain everything over & over again which was infuriating.
It was only for my dad who had the bright idea of going to the royal Albert hall & explain the situation in hope they will allow them in. Long story short they did but an hour before the gig Viagogo still had resolved nothing & didn’t give a dam they made a massive mistake & sent the tickets to Ireland when they were told not to.
The amount of stress my poor parents went through who mind you are in their 70’s & had never been to London before. They could not relax wondering were they going to the gig or not & it ruined a lot of their break away. I’m furious with Viagogo & my advice is DO NOT buy tickets from them because if anything goes wrong it won’t be resolved because the customer service is appalling. I’ve never known the likes of it.

Shockingly bad company do not contemplate using them ever terrible customer service you will get ripped off viagogo needs shutting down. They charged me £406 for seated tickets and sent me standing tickets worth £30 each stay clear don’t use them avoid at all costs you would be safer using a ticket tout than these cowboys at least you know where you stand

Recently sold some tickets on the Website using the recommend price. As the tickets for Joanne McNally weren’t selling I advertised on the original site ticket master they then sold at the original selling price. All of a sudden I then get a message to say sold on Viagogo as well within a couple of minutes. All very strange they’ve now charged me £40 for nothing- This can’t be legal! I would like a refund please. The tickets were £52.

I would give viagogo no stars joke as a firm staff no good helping is joke getting tickets you paid for no were to be see joke need shutting down

Ciara we are in the same situation only we bought tickets before covid, concert re-scheduled for Sunday 15th May- tickets cost €476 each totally ripped off..Ringing since Monday, we were told our tickets were resold and they are looking into it..no manager available- reading from a script - won’t give refund either!!

Absolutely terrible company, will NEVER use again. I am due to see Andre Rieu this evening, we are due to leave at 12pm having booked a hotel and a meal. I received an email with my tickets to download on Monday, 5 days later the link still doesn't open saying there is an error message. I have phoned every day to be promised, assured, guaranteed my tickets will be here and I still don't have them. I also realised we were ripped off re ticket price, having been charged €119 for the "privilege" of buying them on Viagogo. My last phone conversation with the 7th foreign person who cannot speak proper English. Usually not a problem except when you are trying to get answers from them but they are reading from proforma answers!! They could not refer me to a Manager as they are not available, in a meeting or not there, they could not refer me to the department uploading my tickets as they can't do that!!! When I requested my money back they continued to read from the proforma answers "I understand your frustration" "I am doing everything I can to help you". If I cancel the hotel and meal now I get charged. We were really looking forward to this event but I am worried we wont get there, I can't see anything changing in the next hour. VERY VERY FRUSTRATED AND ANGRY.

I bought 4 tickets 7 months in advance of an out of town concert. The concert is going on right now and I’m sitting at home writing this review.

I never got the tickets.

I had planned to fly to the concert, rent a car and hotel room. Luckily I didn’t follow thru with all those plans because I never could get the tickets.

These people should go to prison for selling something that they don’t have in the first place.

I doubt if VIAGOGO is anything more than a website for suckers who just want to throw their hard earned money away and not get to go to the event they looked so forward to.

Save your money and time.

Never use VIAGOGO. They are scammers and thieves.

At the beginning of March 22 I was looking for tickets to see Bill Bailey at the Regent Theatre in Stoke-on-Trent. I knew it would be popular and was surprised to find 2 seats in the stalls on the first website that came up on my search which was VIAGOGO. I should point out that I was in the depths of Covid so I was a bit 'unwell'. As the website looked very impressive I went ahead with credit card in hand as the price for 2 tickets seemed reasonable. Having paid for seats A 32 & 33 I first noticed that the price quoted for 2 tickets was for only 1 ticket! I then looked on the seating plan for the theatre and was dismayed to see that the seats did not exist - row A stopped at seat no.30!
I phoned - " we will look into it". I checked with the theatre to see if the seating plan had changed - no it hadn't!
After a couple of days with no reply from Viagogo I phoned again with the same result - " we will look into it"
Since my first call on the 5th of March I then entered into e-mail ping-pong with these shysters. On every mail I pointed at that these seats do not exist and I wanted a refund. The excuses became more & more ridiculous.
On searching the web for complaints about VIAGOGO I was amazed at the number of people who, like me, have fallen victim to this organisation. I have NO tickets, & NO refund to date.
Hopefully I will get a refund from my credit card company but why are these people allowed to continue in business?

Please avoid VIAGOGO
we paid £400 for 2 tickets to see andre riue at concert, we had no idea we were buying it from someone reselling thier ticket, we should of only paid £144
viagogo told us they had given the information from the person we were buying the ticket from, they did not! Its a scam and the tickets should not be allowed to be resold for such a high price.

Mislead advertised tickets ! TOTAL RIP OFF!!
NO Customer service. USE A MORE PROFESSIONAL AND HONEST SITE TO PURCHASE YOUR TICKETS - AND NOT VIAGOGO!!!

Dont use this Company. Rip off merchants. Went to see Diversity last week only to get there to find our seats had been double booked. The venue did their best to accomodate us with only three seats left in Disabled Bay with restricted viewing. Spoke to the lady in next seat to us she paid £30 for her ticket and we paid £90 each. I sent a copy to Viagogo to ask for some sort of refund but they wouldnot entertain it and said we had been given the right seats. Absolute rubbish. It wasnt our fault our seats were double booked. Never again will i use this company.

Sold me tickets that were bought with a stolen credit card , wasn't able to use , then they said I didn't try to gain entry TO PRIMAVERA SOUND Festival, so they wouldn't refund me ...they are the worst of the worst , DO NOT GO NEAR VIANONO ....

Bought tickets for inhaler dec 2021 on viagogo concert cancelled and new venue organised no refund no new tickets and continuously told by viagogo concert has not been cancelled. Sites like this take money state they will refund if concert cancelled not true. Do not use. Irish government need to investigate and stamp out this crap

They Wont refund money from a cancelled event, they keep referring you to log into account but never refund your money….. do not use them beware!!

Don’t use Viagogo, their problem resolution and customer focus is none existent.

Despite changing my delivery address on their website, they still delivered my tickets to my old address. I have then spent two weeks trying to get an assurance that they would get me my tickets in time. This entailed 6 frustrating phones calls and several email exchanges, each time having to start again. Yesterday they agreed to get me replacement tickets. Today they hat they won’t get me replacement tickets as it was my fault for not advising them of the change of address via email. The concert is tomorrow, I now have no way to get replacement tickets

Awful company tried to sell some tickets I bought in error which I succeeded in doing as Seetickets wouldn’t refund me Somd tickets then suddenly without telling me Seetickets refunded me so I no longer had tickets. The tickets sold at face value very quickly for event next January 23?? I told them immediately couldn’t supply tickets long period of email exchanges where they didn’t seem to understand or read or connect up my emails. Eventually they asked for proof the original ticket seller had withdrawn tickets which I did From their response thought this had resolved it then suddenly they charged me £108.40 from my account without any notice. Currently trying to get my money back!

We dropped the tickets off by hand, buyer said they hadn't received them, we were charged £40 for not delivering!!!

Do not buy or sell with these as they are in financial difficulty.They have now owed me money for nearly a month after I sold tickets on their site.They are about to go under.
