Absolute disgrace of a company paid…
Absolute disgrace of a company paid well over the odds almost double for 6 tickets £140 each got confirmation email took money out of account and said about tickets will be sorted 24 hours before event then a week before event date told me for unknown reasons seller can’t produce tickets. Nothing has changed apart from the fact they do this so they keep the tickets and are now selling them for £360 each it’s a scam absolute scumbags ruined my kids Xmas
WARNING - STAY AWAY FROM THESE THEIVES!!!
Bought tickets in July for the "Country to Country Dublin 2022 - 3 Day" in March 2022.
I did not receive the tickets straight away but did receive a confirmation email stating "Your e-tickets will be available for download in the week leading up to the event. We'll notify you as soon as your tickets are ready for download". Although I was surprised about this I thought it was ok given that I had purchased the tickets many months ahead.
Logged into my account in November only to see that it stated that the event said "cancelled" - no email about this or nothing. The event is not cancelled. After calling the customer service they told me that the seller had not uploaded the tickets and that I was therefore "luckily" eligible for a refund. Well of course I am - you have stolen money from me selling something that you did not have! You should not have charged me 780 EUR 6 months ago for something that you did not have!!
Since then nothing has happened. Every time I call customer service they give me empty promises that the case has been escalated to the relevant department. It is outrageous that these thieves are still in business. I will continue to call every day until they refund me. I urge you to do the same if you are in the same position. Will not let them get away with this.
Massive overcharge for tickets.
Viagogo led me to believe that the venue was full and I had to pay $120 when I could have bought the tickets for $30. Impossible to reach them
Awful company to deal with
Awful company to deal with - never again! They mislead me from the beginning by:- 1. Not stating clearly that VAT and your admin fee will be added to the ticket price at the check out. 2. Not stating that the ticket was digital and therefore the buyer needs a phone. 3. Not stating that some venues may not accept re-sale tickets.
just terrible ...chaos...telling me now…
just terrible ...chaos...telling me now I need to contact UPS on a premium rate number to sort out their mess....mental...they gave me a UPS label...no name....asking me to quote their reference on their own bar coded label !!!! mental......total chimps.
This company is a complete and utter…
This company is a complete and utter scam!!!! I purchased tickets and due to personal reasons had to re sell them which I had an email confirming this. Since then due to not receiving the tickets I’ve made so many phone calls having to speak with employees who cannot speak English. Viagogo are now stating that as I have not provided tickets to my seller which I have that they will not be paying me and charging me extra.
Well believe me they will not, this company needs investigating big time and I will be contacting my solicitor with all the emails that they have sent and proof of sale.
I recommend that you DO NOT use Viagogo they are money robbing, unprofessional cowboys
This company is fraudulent
In my experience and opinion this company is acting fraudulently. It is circumventing Irish law by breaking touting regulations. Do not use.
HORRIBLE COMPANY!!
HORRIBLE COMPANY!!!
NOBODY PURCHASE!
LOST ALOT OF $$
Outrageous booking fee cost
Appalling level of booking fees - equalling the cost of the actual ticket!
Just got scammed bought 3 tickets for…
Just got scammed bought 3 tickets for LP concert at
Birmingham o2 Academy on Viagogo site.
Cost £285 I went to the o2 Academy web site and the tickets should be £28. The event is on the 26th of January and I'm just hoping the tickets will not be fake.
Avoid this web site or you may get nasty surprise!
Do not use this site for your own sanity.
Friend bought Bring Me the Horizon tickets for one they were over priced totaling just under £600 and come the day of the gig. Zero nothing, no tickets and a load of excuses when trying to get hold of them. How they are allowed to operate I don’t know!
SCAM
SCAM: This company sold me two expensive tickets for a gig in Dublin 2 years ago. The venue is now closed and not going ahead. I Cant get a refund. reported them to trading standards but no joy. How this company is still allowed operate is hard to believe. Its should be shut down. STAY WELL AWAY!!!
I think they are scammers you get…
I think they are scammers you get charged high prices we bought tickets for Joshua fight this weekend still waiting for tickets. They keep telling us our tickets are ready to download and have told them four times now that they are not there. Never using them again stick with ticketmaster or not go. I’m so stressed by this company and disappointed that might not get to see fight in person!
Scam machine If I could give zero I would
If I could give zero I would they have scammed me out of £365 for invalid tickets as cannot be resold no chance of getting a refund they just tell you to resell them and scam someone else!! Steer clear at all costs
Stay away from Viagogo
I bought two tickets through Viagogo for a concert at Hampton Court and found out at the concert entrance that my tickets were fake. The organizers there immediately asked me if I got the tickets from Viagogo, because it is very common to see fake tickets from that website. Looking at the tickets, I could notice they were in fact bad fakes, with wrong spelling and poor quality. It was awful and disappointing!
To make things worse, Viagogo ignored my complaint and kept me waiting. In their last message, they scorned me saying that “all their tickets are valid”.
I really do not understand how this company is still in business and so openly scamming its customers.
MY MONEY IS NOT PAID
I PURCHASED 2 TICKETS THROUGH VIAGOGO AND DID PAYMENT, SO THE MONEY WAS WITHDRAWED FROM MY CREDIT CARD. AFTER 2 MONTHS, I SELL THE SAME TICKETS THROUGH VIAGOGO AND THEY ARE SOLD BUT THEY TELL ME THAT YOUR PAYMENT WILL BE PAID TO YOU 1 MONTH AFTER THE EVENT HAS BEEN MADE.
THIS IS COMPLETELY RUDE, THREE BOOKING AND FRAUD. THEY COLLECT MONEY FROM MANY PEOPLE ON ONE TICKET AND PEOPLE PAY LATE.
DEFINITELY NEVER BUY OR SELL TICKETS
VIAGOGO IS A FULL FAKE COMPANY.
Absolutely awful
Absolutely awful. Bought tickets for an event through Viagogo, but it was rearranged due to Covid. I can't make the rearranged date and Viagogo refused to give me a refund, offering instead to sell the tickets on, for a fee of course. Their own website stated that the event organiser will not be posting out tickets until 2 August, therefore, I wouldn't be able to post them to my buyer until at least 3 August. Despite this, Viagogo have been sending emails demanding I issue the tickets myself by 2 August, else they will cancel my sale and charge me a cancellation fee. I've been on and off the phone to them to no avail. Absolutely appalling. I wish I had just sold the tickets on Facebook myself :(
Scam Company- AVOID AT ALL…
Scam Company- AVOID AT ALL COSTS-Refusing to refund a cancelled show.
DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Their website is not clear and when i clicked buy I was charged £321.21 for 3 specials tickets. They should be £46.00 each. I'm now going through the process of asking for a refund, but this company are scam masters and are refusing. I cannot afford this amount so will be chasing via the legal route - luckily my brother is a solicitor. Appalling that they can remain in business as 'legal fraudsters'. Viagogo if you read this I will not go away until I get my refund
As has already been said if I could…
As has already been said if I could give them a zero I would, they never issued seats, their communication was very limited and most of what was said was miscommunication, contradicting themselves. Nothing positive to say about them at all.
