Terrible company that won’t provide a refund and expect you to able to make a date they postponed a show for to 12 months later. They expect you try to a re sell your win ticket. Never use them they rip you off.

If I could give zero I would, my event I was due too attend has been cancelled, but viagogo are saying it has been postponed even though I have an email from my venue staying it is cancelled disgusting company that are basically thieves. Do NOT USE

This crowd are a swiss based scam machine. You will not get your money back unless concert cancelled rather than postponed and then you probably wouldn't get it back anyway. They are at top of google search and use Irish web address. Go to Ticketmaster next down. Irish consumer complaints know this

Event Cancelled 4 Months ago - waiting for over £600, they just keep saying it can take several months - how can a refund take this long, they are awful and just send generic emails in responce.

No contact re Elton John November, can’t contact them page after log in absolute nightmare
Iv now gone through my bank to get my money back.
This company doesn’t deserve people’s custom.

Still waiting 5 months later for a refund of cancelled concert. Keep telling me it is being processed and funds will come 'very soon'. Nothing short of theives and will never be using these again. Would advise the same to anybody

We have had an event cancelled - the rep called and said they had been sending email but they had bounced. He was then updated with the new email, and said he would send the link through so we could process a refund - no such communication. Is this because they are busy, or looking at all the other comment, a basic fact that are just a very bad, sharp practice. As it happens I have a large following, so will do my best to communicate this dire service onward. Needless to say, we will not be using them again!!!

Genuinley the worst company I have ever dealt with. Bought outragously overprived tickets for an event which was then cancelled due to Covid-19. Selected the refund option, needless to say never received it. Waited 3 months for a refund then was told in order to obtain the refund I would need to send back the physical tickets to the concert which was cancelled and was due to take place 2 months prior? I had to spend 11 euro to send these tickets back to Germany and I sent proof of this and to this day still no refund. A joke of a company that I could not implore others to avoid more!

I bought tickets for an event last July which was cancelled through Covid-19 I'm still waiting for a refund on my tickets after many emails I've still been unable to get any kind of reply never ever will I have anymore dealings with this company again still waiting to hear.

I bought tickets on Inter - Brescia football match. Event was postponed from 22/03 to 1/07 but fans were not allowed to visit the match.

I wrote to viagogo before the match, and after the match. I asked for the refund for my tickets, but they always answer that they don't have information about event from organizer. The information about match date and information that fans are not allowed to visit the match is public and can be found on every sport news site.

Event cancelled due to Covid, I am being told it may be many months for me to get a refund... even thou Pearl Jam have cancelled this event with no plans to reschedule, This Company's a joke, reading other reviews on here it would appear I may never receive my Refund.. Avoid this company at all Costs, and if the merge with Stubhub comes to fruition, god help us all....

I bought extremely overpriced tickets for Aha in Nagoya for March 2020. The cost of 2 tickets were 41,000 yen for 24,000 yen face value tickets. I didn't do my research so that is on me.
Then the concert was cancelled. Viagogo gave me 2 days to send the tickets to Taiwan in order to get a full refund. Imagine if I couldn't do that, jump through ridiculous hoops they themselves made up in order to avoid giving a refund. Well I did what they demanded. I sent the tickets via EMS at my cost. Then I was told it would take weeks for a refund.
I had to remind them of consumer law in Japan and gave them 7 days to make a refund or I would be doing a credit card charge back. After the 8th day I contacted their customer service, and was told some bogus stories. I reminded them of my power as an attorney (which was bogus too) and that I would be doing a charge back with my credit card company as well as take legal action. I got the refund the day after this exchange.
I will NEVER trust this company.
BEWARE!

AVOID using this company. Scam artists. Told me I would get full refund for an event that was cancelled back in March. Told me refund would be in days. I emailed them and some guy called assured me the refund would be a couple more days. Weeks later no refund. Then get an email saying that I can have option of credit for show or full refund, but if I want refund have to go through some procedure and that it would take several months!! This is after being assured that my refund was already processed and only being a matter of days away. Crooks.

Worst site to get event tickets. My event was cancelled due to Covid-19. Never communicated with me, just after the date of the event. Never refunded my money. Just thiefs.

Had to give 1 star but would be 0. I live in Spain and bought 2 tickets for Diana Ross in Miami for my 60th. It was postponed and I was refused a refund, I had other tickets with Ticketmaster that were postponed and have received a full refund. I will never shop with Viagogo again!

NEVER USE VIAGOGO. They overcharge for tickets and are impossible to deal with. You can't reach them and they take so long to respond. The show I had tickets for was cancelled back in March due to COVID19 and I just now got an email saying that it will take a couple months to get my refund. But they are offering a coupon at 125% value just so they can steal more money from you. Do not use viagogo

Absolute robbery! I’m sure you’ve already read about all the bad experiences people have with these crooks , over charged, impossible to contact, and they refused to refund me when the concert was cancelled!
There contact number isint even a real number for gods sake.
