Absolutely shocking. Paid for VIP little mix tickets and when I have received them no mention at all they are. Spoke to useless people who just came out with the same excuse. Con artists!! I could think of better words to describe this company. Stay well clear

Purchased tickets for jack saboretti at usher Hall Edinburgh Friday 15th.
Tickets arrived today and they are standing tickets, not what was advertised, contacted viagogo and they say hard luck stalls at usher ae standing checked all paperwork for theurchase and no mention of this. Face value 30.25 paid 87.33. They have no interest in being an honerable company. How do they stay in bussines after all the complaints, where are the watchdogs

Bought 2 tickets for Russell Howard in Bournemouth.
Paid Viagogo £185.65

The tickets arrived with a face value of £66.72 i.e. a ticket value of £133.44.

So the Viagogo mark-up was £52.21!! Nearly a 1/3rd of the price.

They don't make their mark-up costs clear. Think they run a very shady business. GET YOUR TICKETS FROM A MORE REPUTABLE SITE.

Viagogo did not live up to their guarantee. Tickets didnt arrive prior to my travel day and not only didn't provide an alternative but they were incredibly rude in doing so. Worst customer service experience of my life and I'm considering legal action

Terrible rip off company
Bout 4 tickets to Tim Minchin face value £45. My card was charged £771.86 broken down as below. I was never shown the order value or basket - just the £140.79 figure before I pressed send. When I saw the total I immediately tried to cancel through viagogo and through the bank. I was unsuccessful. I spent all year paying off the bill. I felt like a fool. When the tickets came their were sent to a non-existent pick up address and then diverted to a shop - despite my bill stating my home as the delivery address. Don't go near them.

Price per ticket: £140.79 (face value £45 per ticket and I thought this was the total I was paying.
Ticket Cost: £563.16
Booking Fee: £165.62
Shipping Fee: £9.95
Buyer VAT: £33.13
Buyer Total: £771.86

bought tickets for Andre Rieu,at men 2 years ago.Paid lots of charges,not shown at time of buying.Had other names on tickets,only arrived to download 3 days before concert,scammers of the highest degree.Why are they still allowed to continue ripping people off?

Buyer beware, I just received tickets for Ben Elton, and found the face value to be £29.50, yet I paid £186 for a pair. I'm sure I did not see the face value displayed at the time, otherwise I would have walked away. I should have known better. I was desperate to get these as a surprise present, but when looking around found this site which had some, and said almost gone, x amount of people looking etc, the typical scam scare tactic which I am wiser to. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Fraudulent website!!! Stay away!! We purchased tickets to a soccer game, later found out that the game is on a completely different date than what viagogo published. We called to ask for a refund and they would not refund. Publishing false information is fraud.

If I could give zero I would. Purchase two tickets $128. I never received the email with the link to retrieve them
I called three times and emailed four times. I had to purchase two new tickets at the venue. They refuse to give refunds or take responsibility. They are thieves. BEWARE!

We purchase tickets from this company the date got changed and we could not go. We were told we could sell the ticket or even give the tickets away because they were personalized. This is BS t I know for a fact that we could resell them they just wanted our money and I would not be surprised that they resold them. This website is a scam it’s that simple I should have double checked before I purchased but I want people to know not use this site it is a scam you can’t talk to anybody we lost 200 euros. What a joke. We are trying to disputed with our credit card company but something tells me we are screwed

I bought tickets for my 6 year old daughter to see a little mix at £169 as advertised.
What arrived was NOT for a little mix concert it was for a festival with all different artists who she doesnt know. At a face value of £30.20!!
I am absolutely disgusted at the false advertisement for these tickets and I will never ever buy from this company again and urge people to use ticketmaster instead. The customer service is shocking, I recieved an email from them to state little mix tickets are not sold separately well why are they advertising a little mix concert if its not? Absolute jokes.

I got scammed, don't buy any tickets on this website. How come they are still operating?! Close them down!!!!!

Do not try to sell on viagogo!!! I removed my tickets as I had sold them to a friend and they kept them listed and sold them and I was then charged for not having them even though I had removed them from my listings. I don’t know if the other person was charged and I’m sorry if they were but I removed them but viagogo kept them on scamming me out of money for not having the tickets which I had sold and removed from the website! When I phoned I phoned 3 times each time o was told I would be phoned back within an hour. I left it 24 hours and still no call so when I phoned up was presented with a customer service assistant who didn’t understand my Scottish accent telling me I was providing the wrong information, he then finally got the correct information to which I was put on “hold” he didn’t put me on hold and I then overheard his whole conversation to his colleagues bad mouthing and talking about me to which when I mentioned it to him did not apologise. This whole website is a shambles and should be avoided at all costs regardless of your buying or selling

Very sceptical that Viagogo sellers are authentic. I fell into trap of buying from Viagogo (only myself to blame). However when the tickets (from Ticketmaster) arrived they were dated a few days AFTER I had bought them which leads me to strongly suspect that this was not a genuine transaction between independent buyers & sellers, even ignoring the exhoribant prices. Anyone else share my scepticism??

Feeling ripped off - paid more than 10000 yen for a concert ticket.
I will never use this website again.
