Do not rent from this company. The car was returned with no damage. We were charged €39 for some sand (very small amount) on the internal of the back seat. We never had any passengers in the back so maybe it was from a bag but it was minimal on the photo. No reply from the company when I tried to challenge it.

I don’t normally use off airport car hire, but the cost advantages should not be ignored. On arrival we had to wait 10 mins, and then my fellow travellers (with golf bags) could not get on the bus (full) so I went and picked up the vehicle. 10 mins to the depot, and 10 mins processing (better than the queues at airport counter) and I was driving back to pick up my companions. The proceed was quick and easy, staff quite polite and efficient, location easy to get to, all in all I can recommend

Excellent service. There was no problem in renting a car in spite of being over 80. A minibus quickly took us to the car rental centre and returning the car was straightforward. The hire cost was very competitive.

Rented a car for 12 days in May 2026. At pick up charged 10 euros more than Discover Cars quoted the rental would be with no real explanation. WHen dropping off, told by assistant that a car check was not available as none of the staff were qualified to do the check. 48 hours later told that we were being charged 196 euros from deposit for a small scratch on rear door even though the photos showing the scratch were taken in a different loction and 28 hours after dropping the car off. My video taken at drop off showing no scratch was rejected and all correspondence then stopped. Looking at reviews, isn't the first time this kind of scam has been mentioned. I have excess insurance so won't be out of pocket, but feel that Victoria Cars are not transparent as they blanked me when asking for the full T&Cs regarding damage found after drop off. Use them with caution and photograoh everything.

Still waiting for my refund because the car was given was not safe. Was checked by a local garage, and told me I should not be driving it as it had been in an accident and dangerous. I have an email stating I will get a full refund and still not received. Do not use this company, they are rude and speak about you in Spanish…. Shocking people
