Poor customer service
Bathroom cabinet ordered, slow to be delivered. Item not fit for purpose as it tilted to the left when the door opened.
Impossible to get a response from company. No phone number, chat or circular advice, emails not replied to.

Amy helped resolved a problematic issue with a damaged radiator. She liaised with the third party manufacturer who were not being very helpful. Thanks to Amy the issue has been resolved, it ended up being a refund but the issue was handled very professionally.

Beware
Beware. The company tells you an item is ‘available’ and will be delivered in 2-7 days and takes your money, but then comes back to tell you it is ‘out of stock’ several days later. This is highly misleading for customers and makes it impossible to plan. You can’t contact them by phone - there is no option to do so - and they say they can take 72 hours to respond to an email. They don’t care about customers - only about getting your money.
