You do not provide exchange on delivery service. Very inconvenient. Also cant call and speak to anyone.

Zubair Rehmani was very helpful in resolving and issue with a faulty door on a unit. I cannot fault his prompt actions in dealing with the issue and getting the unit changed at the earliest opportunity.

Thank goodness for David Fairhurst otherwise it would have been a one star review. I did not receive the item that I had ordered and paid for and it ended up with me having to chase the customer service dept as I had not had a response to my email after four days which is truly awful.
David managed to sort out what the problem was and arranged for the item to be collected which it now has been.
You need more David Fairhursts!

Good correspondence

The choice of vanity units was good, there was quite a good range of sizes, the delivery was very good, they carried it in for me and left it where I asked them,to sit it

Without the help from Mr R Markland who is a valuable asset to the company, I would have awarded zero stars. He was the only person who was able to resolve the matter and went above and beyond to help, which I was grateful for.

Thomas Machin dealt with my query as needed a replacement plug. Sorted it for me quickly.

Excellent selection of vanity units with a wide selection of styles and prices. I found what I wanted, proceeded to payment and the whole process was quick and easy. I am a return customer and will definitely use Victorian plumbing again.

The items I purchased from Victorian Plumbing were of good quality and I was happy with them once they eventually arrived. Unfortunately, the delivery experience really let the order down.

I’m based in Northern Ireland, so standard delivery was the only option available, which I was perfectly happy with. However, I then waited over four weeks with no correspondence, delivery update or useful tracking information.

After contacting customer service twice, my order eventually arrived during the fifth week. Even then, I received no shipping or delivery notification — it simply turned up at my door.

The products themselves were good, but the lack of communication and the length of the delivery time were disappointing. If you’re ordering from Northern Ireland, I’d definitely recommend being mindful of the potential wait, particularly if you need the items within a certain timeframe.

Had exactly what I wanted, reasonable price, plus a promo code!

Good company to deal with as regards products, just hope they do as they say delivery wise.
