Beware of this company
Beware of this company. Just opened an expensive bathroom chandelier ordered as part of a bathroom renovation and the internal polystyrene and several bulbs are all smashed up. Shocked to see that no refunds for damaged items after 48 hours of delivery. Online form to report damaged goods does not work. No help online or on the phone, only a useless chat bot function that does not connect to an agent. Will never be ordering from you again and will be pursuing a refund through my credit card provider.

Excellent service after an issue with supplied pump.
Excellent service from start to finish, especially from Lacey Field.
I contacted them because my shower pump arrived: packaging damp/resealed, unit marked/dropped and feet wouldn’t sit flush – not their usual high standard. Lacey responded quickly, apologised and arranged a replacement for next day plus DPD collection of the damaged one straight away.
The old unit was collected, and the replacement arrived safe and sound, undamaged with everything included exactly as expected. Lacey handled my query politely, efficiently and kept things simple – really appreciated her helpful personal service.
Great to see they put things right fast. Highly recommended, thanks Lacey!
