says free delivery by tuesday but free delivery says 2-7 days so had to pay £30 to make sure i have it for tuesday other than that easy to order and have lots of choice. would use again just make sure i leave plenty of time

Product knowledge?
On 10th August I asked about a Grohe product (shower hose received from Victoria Plumbing) which would not fit my current Grohe shower despite the Victoria Plumbing website statement that it “connects to all standard threads”.
I sent two more emails, responding immediately to Customer Services requests for further information. Victoria Plumbing did not know whether Grohe had updated their product, however we found eventually that the shower hose had apparently been tampered with and it now works well.

Faulty luxury vinyl planks- 30 out of 50!
Ordered 3 boxes of luxury keswick oak vinyl planks. 2 of the 3 boxes delivered were damaged- tears scuffs and actual holes! As other people have experienced the driver gets you to sign and pretends to take photos to report the damage- but ticks the ' no damage' box - be aware of BJS home delivery. Out of 30 planks only 11 were fault free- the others had gashes on them, assumed it was due to damage during delivery....but then
Reason I have given 3 stars and not 1 was the excellent customer service I received. The online form didn't work so used live chat and emailed to get a paper trail ( yes, there is one, just not easy to find). Two further boxes were arranged for delivery for the day we got back from our holiday at no charge to us and we didn't have to return the faulty ones. The boxes this time were undamaged, but yet again out of 20 planks, only 9 were fault free. Contacted customer s using live chat again and got a refund for one box without fuss. I probably wouldn't be as positive if I had been at work when all this was happening, or if we hadn't had enough planks for our plumber to use. DO NOT buy the luxury keswick vinyl planks- there is a definite manufacturing fault at play here; however, the ones that we kept were very good quality.
Although we didn't have the hassle of returning 30 planks, we still had to go to the tip with them!

Customer Service Experience
My order for a job was delayed and incorrect, the customer service team (specifically Zubair Rehmani) dealt with it efficiently and assured me of a refund which was completed. The job was sorted out using another product from Victorian Plumbing which worked well

Easy to navigate website. Good selection of products and good quality brand names.
Simple ordering process and nice that VAT was removed for offshore islands delivery address. Not all online retailers do that.
