The food & presentation of same was always wonderful. The LakeLorian, staff, and especially the band & singer were all great. We had a wonderful time dancing to their music. Sachin, the bar tender was super.

The main issue we had was with the technical hiccups with the Victory app & problems with excursions (trolley not picking us up as scheduled and having to walk back to ship. Docents not provided at one stop as promised. Site visited not open.) Excursion director was not on top of getting promises kept and expectations met.

We had a great time.

Great food and staff! All staff were very attentive. Good excursions and available choices. Plenty of activities. Enjoyed the house band and extra band brought in at Green Bay. The Pipers were great in Thunder Bay! I have recommended the company to many friends.

Food entertainment, and service earn 5 stars. The reason for 4 stars was the lack activities during the day or evening.

After the cruise was paid for we found out that the tour of the Ford plant was cxl'd along with the luncheon at Mackinac Island Hotel, The main reason for the trip. Found out that night that all the tours We had signed up for 2 months ago were cancelled and we were not scheduled for any tours. Spent part of the evening rescheduling those tours The bus taking us to the drop off point at Sault Ste. Marie left 10 minutes early because the coordinator said the bus was full..Talked to the tour guide on the bus later said the coordinator told them to leave early since she couldn't see anybody on there way out to the bus.
Tour for the Niagara falls was a waste of time. Spent an hour on the bus each way, then rush down to the boat for a 20 min ride...Was told by the tour guide we could not shop at the gift shops because we were late and could not waste time and said it like it was our fault we were late!! To top it off, we never made to Toronto because of scheduling problems and would be dropped after the last lock...if you wanted to go to Toronto we will take you to the dock but your transportation to any location from there was you responsibility. Over all we decided that the tours were put together at the last minute and very disorganized with very little info available

Overall our experience was very good.
Regarding the staff Maria and Murni in the dinning area were excellent.
They deserve more than 5 stars

We had never heard of Victory Cruises until we received a brochure in the mail. My husband was a little hesitant because we didn't know anyone that had traveled with Victory before, but we had been planning for sometime to take a cruise in the USA and the Great Lakes was an experience we were willing to try. The service was excellent. Maria and Murni in the restaurant knew us by name and went beyond their duty to please and serve us. Darel our cabin steward was extremely conscious about our needs, his work was impeccable. Every employee we came across was very courteous and helpful. Entertainment was very nice, performers very talented. The only reason I gave a 4 star and not 5 was because the shower in our room was extremely small and was uncomfortable to move inside. Other than that I highly recommend traveling with Victory.

We loved the food, the Lakelorian talks, the friendly staff & crew. The bridge tour was wonderful. I had an excellent massage.
Some of the excursions were rushed.

Entertainment was Vegas worthy..
Crew was exceptional, polite, courteous and respectful.
The Victory 1 had old ship vibes, wood bar, pillars in the lounge yet stylish and comfortable.

The staff , the service were wonderful. Very friendly staff all together. The whole cruise was great and enjoyed every destination. The food was fantastic and we liked the smaller portions.

Our 3rd cruise on Victory. We have our 4th scheduled. Very personalized. We know all the staff on Victory I and II. We feel very well cared for. Thank you.
We live on the Cape Cod Canal, and have shared with Victory our pictures of your ships sailing the canal. We would love to sail through the canal with you.

My flights cancelled into Chicago and nothing for 48 hours, so cancelled with Rodney. The computer wasn't apparently updated so have received three messages as to my satisfaction with the trip even when I returned message with No Sail.

This was one of the best cruises we have ever enjoyed. The crew was outstanding. The meals were fantastic. The pace worked well for us.

Your staff is very attentive to all of our requests the entire cruise. This was our third cruise with Victory and we have another cruise booked for October.

Great staff, great food, great shore excursions. The staff are like family. Great CEO and his wife.

We have been on 20-25 cruises and the musicians were the absolute best of any cruise. Also the food was overall the best of any cruise. Finally the staff were among best of any cruise.
The excursions: some were good others were not.

The staff was terrific .The food was very good..The entertainment was excellent. The unfortunate incident on the last day could have been handled better.We were unable to leave for toronto due to commercial vessels making lock travel impossible.once this was a given busses could have been directed to our ship and travel to the airport without changes and missed flights.

Suggestion: Have more options for breakfast for gluten free people...like muffins or some baked goods. I could only eat berries and yogurt.

Reasonable price, excellent service, polite staff, delicious food, excellent music, and interesting shore excursions.
Also the included drinks were appreciated.
This was our second cruise with Victory in the past year.

The crew were like family. Constantly checking on us. The food was out of this world. The entertainment was the best ever. Highly recommend this cruise!!
