Video Game Box 

They've taken my money and haven't delivered my item, i've tried contacting them on their site and Twitter but have recieved no reply. I would highly recommend avoiding these thieves even if it costs you a little bit extra elsewhere.
It wouldn't surprise me if some of the positive reviews were by people who were payed or asked by Video Game Box to show they are a reputable company.

Placed my order with the company on 24 March 2016 for the same item other reviewers ordered, I received an email confirming the order and confirming delivery would be within 1-3 days.

I waited 3 days and nothing arrived, I then tried to log into my account on the website to check my order status but I just got a message saying no account exists for my email address.

I have since heard nothing from the company, luckily I paid by credit card (which has not been charged).

This was my first order with this website and I am extremely disappointed, I have been waiting for nearly a month for the item and I have had nothing back even though they have charged me for it! I will never use them again as I have no faith in them delivering.

i have amended my review since they have been taken over by a new company. I have changed my 1 star review to 4 star, i used my credit which i had with previous company. Pre-ordered Call of Duty in October 2019, before release. Though i had received the game roughly a week after which is the only reason i have given it 4 and not 5.

As many other reviewers state, ordered 1item on the 24th of march, no contact no nothing in the space of 3 weeks over this order.

They had supposedly 200 of this one item I ordered in stock at a cost price of £35.81, as expected the item sold out meaning video game box had just over £7000 worth of orders for this one item.

As the weeks have gone by video game box haven't contacted anyone to inform them of the situation of what is going on, again as can be seen from the many many other reviews.

So they have held onto close to £7000 of customer money for nearly 3 weeks without informing customers that they actually don't have any stock of this 1 item.

I'd advise anyone to simply buy elsewhere whether the price is £1 or £5 more BUY ELSEWHERE they cannot be trusted!!!

Company has deleted my order from their website and is now choosing to ignore me, which seems like common practice for them

I placed order on 24 of march 2016, they had excellent deal which I liked, I waited more than a week with no response then I decided to email them and to my surprise, they told me this was pre order ''This is a pre-order. We're awaiting further information from supplier on delivery date.'' first of all the item in question was release more than 7 months ago and them showing it on-stock and selling copies which they do not have raised question. This ridiculous never buy from them, I prefer to give them ZERO STAR RATING but unfortunately this option isn't available here yet.

I had ordered a item on 24th March and it has sat in processing since, i have just e-mailed them asking where the order was to get this responce from Mark. Please note it wasnt a pre-order as it was the Limited Edition 20th Anniversary PS plus steelbook that came out last year.

"This is a pre-order. We're awaiting further information from supplier on delivery date.

Within 5 minutes of listing and mistakenly showing as 'in stock' it looks like some were purchased before we could revise.

I've cancelled as requested. No money was taken.

Why didnt they send a simple e-mail out letting customers know what was going on, because of this i missed out on other deals for the item with other sites.
I know i wasnt the only one caught by them as many members of hotukdeals also got stung and missed out.

No Item received after 2 weeks of waiting, Emailed the company regarding a refund but no reply. First time I've used the company and will be the last. It doesn't take long to sort these problems most big companies do and proves the best price isn't always the best deal!

I ordered a game at the beginning of the month. Was told that it would be 1-3 working days. Now I've worked in the warehouse and distribution services and it DEFINITELY DOES NOT take this long to process.
I have had payment taken from my account, where is my game?
I have also tried to contact them via email as theres no phone number (I wonder why???), and guess what???? No reply.
Absolutely disgusted with this 'company'.
I will be informing everyone i know via social networking.
1 star is not even deserved.

Placed order and was dispatched almost immediately. Arrived on time and was well packaged. Would use again.

Order off video game box and didnt recieve my order....but one quick email and this issue was resolved and i couldnt be happier with the service and how easy the whole process was...they are highly recomomened for both service and price

I decided to try Video Game Box, as their prices seem very competitive indeed and I am happy to say that the two items I ordered were both dispatched promptly and customer services were very quick to answer my questions. I would definitely use this company again and can certainly recommend them based on my first experience with them.

Cheapest price for Minecraft Story Mode on the Xbox 360! Ordered and arrived within 2 days. Really pleased with the price and service. Will order again!!

The service was fairly inexpensive and really fast. Make sure to check the prices if you live outside the UK as the games here are much cheaper!

VGB had DiRT Racing on a Steam download code for £10 cheaper than anywhere else at the time. The Paypal funded order completed & the code was almost instantaneously sent to my email. I'd highly recommend them.

Ordered The Witcher 3 Download Code from them for an absolutely bargain price of £12.70, initially reticent as I couldn't believe the price but surely they sent me through the code very quickly after my order was accepted. Good company, will definitely buy from them again!

Very good about getting games out ASAP, and the prices are unbeatable!

My original games never came, but after contacting support and a week later videogamebox sent out replacements for me and they arrived the next day. They could of made me wait the full 15 days, but they wanted me to get my games. I spoke to James and Andrew mostly and they were polite and courteous and understood my issue. They resolved it quickly and efficiently.

The only issue, live chat is not on all the time so I had to sign up to social media in order to correspond with them as the phone is not their chosen point of service for customer support. But they got my tickets and social media messages and dealt with my issue as promptly as they could in the circumstances.

If I was to suggest were they could improve, I would say having people on live chat more often that not and an option to send out tracked delivery as standard even if they have to charge so that obviously Royal Mail don't "lose things" and cost the business.

Other than that, a job well done.

Ordered a PS4 game, it arrived the next day. I've used them in the past with no issues.
