Battery died after 18 months

Battery died after 18 months. Of course not under warranty. Back and forth with Viomi, and their authorised repairer Panmi and finally they agree to treat it as a warranty repair. Panmi says Viomi have to organise it. Then silence. Cannot get a hold of anyone, all over a $69 battery.

Poor products and without assistance!

I decided to replace my Xiaomi with a Viomi S9 UV and it was a terrible choice.
After less than 10 uses the product started having serious problems and I was unable to find an assistance center in Italy.
I have tried numerous times to contact the company, but never any helpful response.
Euro 500.00 thrown in the garbage, VIomi Never again!!!

It was the biggest mistake of my life

It was the biggest mistake of my life. This brand does not offer any technical support. They don't answer and when they answer, it sends you for a walk.
They only sell lies. Product specifications are incomplete and unrealistic.
6 months after buying a Viomi S9, the product started to show signs of operation problems. After the first firmware update, the product started to fail to clean even 50% of what it did at the beginning.
At the second firmware update, the device fails to clean even one room.
the battery drains very fast.
Given the answers I was recived from them, they should not sell in Europe.
I don't know how they managed to homologate their products under the CE marking. Their products should not be sold in any store in Europe or world wide.
It's a disgrace to Xiaomi company.
Seeing that I am not the only one who complains about their service, I come to believe that it is a marketing strategy in which they make the devices malfunction through Updates.
DONT BUY. WORST DEVICE EVER. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. WORST BRAND EVER.
They dont have any respects for their customers.

Worthless warranty, non-existent customer service

My less than 4 month old Viomi SE is faulty and no longer works. I notified Viomi and they insist I send it to Germany from the UK at my expense. They then said for me to get it repaired where I live and they would pay me back later. Given what I’ve read about other people’s experience I’m not inclined to throw good money after bad. I’ve lost faith in anything they say. One month on from when I first notified them of the fault, Viomi now ignore my emails. Trying to find an alternative email to their ‘service’ department so that I can escalate the complaint also is fruitless. They don’t want customers contacting them.

Be warned. The product will be useless when it fails and you won’t get a refund or repair. Money down the drain. Viomi are by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. They show complete contempt for customers. Zero stars.

Update…..I’m pleased to say after 6 weeks of banging my head against a wall, being ignored or fobbed off by Viomi Official Shop, Viomi Support, Xiaomi, Ali Express, and others, Xiao He finally took ownership of my problem and sorted out a replacement Viomi SE as mine had developed a fault after less than 4 months use.

Poor support

Virtually no support. The little you get (if you're lucky) requires you pay postage within warranty, violating EU law. Customer service ignores your messages. Firmware updates take ages to be released and don't reach everyone (have new products stuck with old firmware). Reviews are censored (their Facebook page was full of negative reviews, they removed them and the review section itself so no one can review them anymore there).
