I have a very poor service experience. Application is showing my ID is under review and customer care is saying at back end no issues. I am almost going every week to their outlet without resolution. Even on email response is, it is sorted but no change.

It is a misleading company, as when I checked for the renewal option it was showing with extra data then after enabling and renewals (and money is deducted) they dont add any extra!! Customer service team is asking on the screenshot !!! How could we know that u r misleading us!!! I have 4 numbers and shall discontinued them (2 in the near future 7days and 2 months)

Worst service ever, they give good offers to start, then it stops working, happened with my home wifi. It became very slow and barely working. Would text them almost ever day, nothing was resolved. For 6 months imagine. Now i am with a different company for home wifi and it is working well.
As for the phone, i have an issue with my data it is slow. Their customer care is very bad, they are telling me i didnt subscribe to anything even though it says differently in the app and they closed the chat when i explained their info is wrong. Definitely not recommended.

I live in umm alqwain , I came to visit my son in Abu Dhabi , as I am entering Marina mall I was greeted by a gentleman with big smile telling me if I am having a good time, then I realize that he works for Virgin mobile so I asked if I could replace my sim for new one and the guy *John* did it in five minutes,I was so pleased with his service , I left the mall very satisfied . John made my day .

I have written many reviews about the miserable services I received from virgin mobile UAE. The misery continues as this company did not fix the problem. Basically I paid for one year subscription ( more than 500 USD), but they blocked my number after one month only. My problem is I made a mistake and provided the phone number to my banks. Currently my finances are in shamble because I lost contacts with my banks due to their ridiculous action. Because I am outside the UAE I cannot directly contact my banks. I caution anyone not to subscribe to this disastrous company.
