Really bad. Six weeks since the order was put in and still waiting.

Hi everyone,

I’ve always worn *Solotica Natural Colors Amber* (with prescription) from Vision Marketplace, but unfortunately, it’s no longer available and I can’t find it anywhere.

I’m now looking for a *similar lens in both color and effect*, preferably also with prescription.

If anyone has experience with lenses that come close to the *Amber* shade from Solotica, I would truly appreciate your help. I’m feeling quite lost without them!

I’ve been a loyal customer to VisionMarketPlace for over 15 years. Around early 2017-2020 the lenses were fantastic! (Solotica) between 2021-present day the natural colors “quartzo” and the Hidrocor “Cristal” are horrribly fake looking. They used to be such a natural looking grey/blue. They ruined what once used to be a stunning pair of lens. Also, given how much money that I’ve spent over the years, visionmarketplace never offered any discounts whatsoever. Unfortunately, for these reasons I’m going to have to part ways with vision marketplace and find another website that is an authorized reseller of Solotica and see if the lenses are the same.

Terrible I always order solotica lenses from solotica but wanted to try this website since is a little bit more affordable and boy let me tell you I got 2 pairs and they scratched my eyes and feel super uncomfortable I have never had this problem with real solotica lenses and I been using them for years. I would say they’re not authentic even the color is different from my solotica graphit hidrocor. Do not purchase buy from original solotica waste of money.

Hi, I have been ordering from this page for a long time now, almost 10 years. A couple of times the shippings were defective, but overall all went nicely and the customer service is good. Checking your website I saw many of the newer colors solotica launched are not there. The quarterly aquarellas, cielo, agata. etc. ¿Will you include them? Cheers.

Vision Market place is the Best, they care soo much for their product and customers. I have been a customer for 7 years, had a bad experience with the Delivery company which is DHL but Vision Market place checked that my package was delivered to the wrong address and they fixed my issue.This Company is high quality products and service they care so much . IS NUMBER 1

I have been purchasing all of my Solotica Hidrocor Contact Lens for years from Vision Marketplace they have always been reliable with Vision Marketplace you know you are buying and getting the real Solotica contact lens, I will not trust my vision to any another website where you will end up getting fake Solotica contact lens or worst losing your vision just to save a few dollars.

Worse experience I’ve ever had with ordering anything ever ! Did not even receive my package it was investigated and deemed lost this company has the worse costumer service ever did not care to even try to work with me on reimbursement it’s a big scam wasted 100 dollars on absolutely nothing 😡

Unless you've purchased contacts somewhere else before actually getting the same ones here as they recommend, it's basically a hit or miss! You're taking a gamble if you order for the 1st time with them. 1 pair came completely different color than what I ordered. They gave me credit for it, but when the 2nd pair came completely different from advertised, I mean COMPLETELY, they said I should be only buying colors I've already bought somewhere else 1st so I know if I like them!?!?!?! Ooooooook really wish I could add pic ti show!

I was sent Quartzo and I got different intensity in the color in the contacts so I emailed them and explained it to them, they then sent me one new contact lens and it was just as bad, one was paler/brighter than the other one. For as much as you pay it’s not worth it, I expected to get the same color/intensity in both lenses when I purchased and I did not even when they sent me a new it was still a different shade then both of my other lenses.

Ordered Solotica Hidrocor Rio in Parati on Aug 19 and received them on Sept 10. It was a long wait but only because it was stuck in customs in my country (Philippines). I emailed them for help and a customer representative named Alex helped me raise the issue to DHL. After our exchange of emails, the lenses' status in customs was immediately updated and arrived to my doorstep in about 3 days. The contacts are fine, it was a baby blue-ish/gray shade, they looked very bold but I was already expecting that since I've watched tons of yt vids before purchasing. Thanks to Alex for helping me out with my parcel!

I don't typically write reviews but I was just so impressed that I received the contact lenses much earlier than expected, especially considering the company is overseas! I ordered the solotica hidrocor mel contact lenses (which are beautiful by the way) on August 4th and was told it would arrive on August 11th but received it on August 7th in perfect condition.
