I ordered contacts 5 days ago and I know it takes 10-14 days, but I am too impatient (which is my fault). I liked the price better than lens.me but I like how quickly they come from lens.me, I think i will pay the extra to get them quicker. If you had an express shipping option I would not mind ordering from you guys again.

I have been shopping for contact lenses for years... I did my research through some YouTubers. One of them was Diana Shekhany, and another was Vartika Sharma. They were promoting Solotica Contacts. Due to not knowing which color to purchase, I asked through chat, "If they send out samples?". The answer was no, so on rational. However, Sophia took all the necessary time to educate me on my color selection. Not only that, she sends me images of real people wearing the lenses. It was as if she was next to me instead of chatting — a very helpful employee.

I had an issue with a pair of contact lenses. The staff contact me and offer a solution that was very generous. I appreciate despite the issue the staff is kind and willing to go out of there way for buyers.

This is the only company that I would use for placing orders for my contact lenses. It was the first time I was trying colored contacts and not only do they have a wonderful selection, but also what I had placed my first order I decided I wanted to have it expedited, so I emailed customer service.
Alex, I customer service was beyond time and change my order immediately and has been up waiting up when I have a place in numerous other orders since then. They are super fast with delivering and it expedited you can get the lenses the next day !
I have dark brown eyes, and the two colors that I love for me are the natural I have dark brown, the two colors that I love for me are the natural Mel, hidrocore Mel ( which shows up as slightly lighter in color ) and I also love the hidroxore graphite , all Solotica lenses. They are beautiful and super comfortable.

amazing expirence,shipping is a bit expensive

This company surprised me. I just received a pair of Solotica Hidrocor lenses in Ocre from Vision Marketplace. I have worn these contacts for years with zero complaints. Immediately after putting on the new lenses, I knew something was wrong both with the fit and prescription. Vision was blurry and wear was very uncomfortable. I looked on Google to see if anyone else had experienced this problem with the Hidrocor lenses recently and even found one reviewer on this website with the same problem, same lenses.

I emailed with Alex at the Vision Marketplace help desk hoping to exchange the lenses, and, within two emails, he let me know they would be sending me a new pair without the hassle of an exchange. I definitely recommend this company to future buyers--prompt customer service and accountability!

I love Vision Market Place. They are trustworthy and their lenses and products are amazing. I’ve been using them for 4 years now and I can not recommend them enough!

So so happy with my order. Previously ordered with lens.me and they gave the wrong contact lenses and refused to refund me for what I paid for. They wanted to give me a coupon for the following order but I did not want to order with them again. They have automatic express shipping and their lenses ship within 4-5 days but I don’t care about that if I’m getting the wrong lenses! I decided to go with visionmarketplace. They have coupon codes on YouTube so check that out. I chose express shipping and it shipped to the US within 2 days. With the coupon code my order was maybe 10 dollars more than my lens.me order. Not bad at all considering they actually got my order right and left a coupon for me in the box. I think I found my new favorite lens website! Thank you so much visionmarketplace

My order was delivered in good timing and I really like the lenses. I had a small inquiry on the colour and the customer service replied swiftly and to my satisfaction.

This place is an absolute rip off. I ordered solotica ocre contacts from them months ago and everything was just fine , no discomfort and looked very beautiful and my vision was crystal clear. However I re purchased a new pair of the same contacts ( yearly ) and when I tried them on they were terrible. They just felt dry and stiff and extremly uncomfortable and even left me with blood shot red eyes. For 2 weeks I tried new things like re wetting drops ( which made it even more uncomfortable ), new contact solution, etc. unfortunately whatever I tried didn’t work. Not only was is uncomfortable but it impaired my vision making everything look extremely blurry and bright lights would hurt my eyes. For someone who is near sided it’s very important for me to be able to see at night so I can drive safely. After finally contacting customer service I was told that I was at fault for not ordering them correctly and did not offer any solution to the problem. I’ve been wearing contacts for years so I know when something is wrong. I basically wasted $80 for contacts that were uncomfortable and dangerous to wear. I do plan on purchasing solotica contacts but never again from vision market place. I will be taking my business to a merchant who actually cares about customer satisfaction.

Well, I’ve been using freshlook contacts for almost a year now, but recently a friend bought a pair of solotica contats, from another place, in witch by the way they were almost $40 dlls expensier, so I decided to watch some YouTube reviews and the contacts we're always from visionmarketplace, and they were at a good price, so after watching 100 reviews and reading a LOT of good and bad comments, i was a little afraid, of getting wrong prescription, the shipping taking a month, different color on each lense, since im a very anxious person, so i decided to take a chance and order from here, even with the bad comments, I thought they were even more good ones, so everything went marvelous, amazing, first i live in the usa, California to be exactly, I ordered my mel hidrocor with prescription on the 20th of August, they were shipped on the 21, and by September 1st, at 10am they were already here, i was tracking them the whole time, same color, same prescription, 4/5 comfortable, they are amazing, they look so pretty and natural, and they are totally worth it, i really recommend this site, it was my first time purchasing solotica contacts and i really think this website is really good, everyone says the shipping is bad, but standard shipping takes from 10 to 14 days, and mine took 11 days, so good shipping, they are honestly what you paid for, i really recommend visionmarketplace, if you want to give me a free pair of ipanema contacts i would not complain hahaha, i really recommend this page to all my friends haha, everyone loves my new mel, so that’s it, thanks for reading this

I was always afraid of lenses before but after trying the solotica hidrocore i became an addicted, bought the ocre, azul, avela so far and they look n feel great, so light that u barely feel them ur eyes, i highly recommend for everyone, shipping is also fast n customer service is really professional

I ordered one pair of prescribed solotica lenses on August 10,they were shipped on August 13 it is now August 24 and i still haven't received them,I dont know if I should be worried it says 10-14 days for shipping and as for tracking it, it only says "shipped" and it doesnt really give me any further information

Hey vision markers place,I just order pairs of contacts and I was wondering if they would be delivered before August 29 because I ordered on August 11 and I was hoping I would get it before schools starts,So I came come to school with a new fresh look and I have been seeing some reviews from customers that said their orders have been delayed or not reached.Should I be worried?or???

Update:it’s the August 22 and my package is still in “inbound into custom”
I’m slowly getting disappointed,my 4 stars is now coming down to 3. They say 10-14 day shipping but I’m on my 10 day and my package still didn’t leave the airport....

One of the most reliable and HELPFUL companies for contact lenses. I am a returning customer and always happy to buy their products. They helped me with a pair of lenses which was defective and replaced it and are always willing to help. I would recommend everyone who loves coloured lenses to buy from them!

I purchase 2 pairs of contact lens last month Hidrocor Topazio & Hidrocor Ocre. Being an Asian the Topazio abit to light for my dark eyes. But the Ocre was amazing on my eyes. It gave a hypnotic look that people was just trying to figure out if it was my real eyes or not. This are very realistic lens then don’t look like fancy lens. Purchasing for vision market place was the best choice that I made. The shipments was so fast all the way frm Cyprus to Singapore in 4 days. I’m going to purchase again this time & I hope they are going to be as amazing as my Ocre
