Advertised baby formula... Ater one week from original order (and Chasing delivery dates and times) I was told it wasn't in stock (why advertise this specific product?) a big let down for my newly born Grandaughter, and an embarresed Nanny.,

This is a SCAM website. very well set up. I ordered hair oil and I still after a month have not received it. They sent out a text with a fake tracking order number. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM HERE! SAVE YOUR MONEY AND GO TO A LEGIT WEBSITE.

This company have very poor customer service, or shall I say no customer service. I have place an order for honeycomb slab and I have not received it. They have taken my money from my account but they have not send my order. I have been trying to contact them but both email and customer service number they provided in their site doesn’t work. I have been scammed!!! PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! They are SCAMMERS ! They will take your money but will not deliver your order.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! Really disappointed. I ordered four boxes of Organix baby muesli yesterday. I have not received any email confirmation or order number. Nothing at all.

My credit card has been charged.

I tried to log on to track the order and as I do not have an order number, I can't log on.

I then emailed the address provided... I received an email back stating that the ADDRESS HAS NOT BEEN FOUND.

Cannot believe I have been scammed like this!! Do not order from them!

Placed an order online, paid, but no order confirmation. Waited and waited but nothing. Tried calling their number, voicemail to say no agents available and ability to leave a voicemail which I did. No reply after a few days. Emailed them and got a reply to say my order is now unavailable and will refund me in 3-5 working days. So having now lost a number of days, I'm back to finding what I need and awaiting my refund. An online experience to avoid in my opinion.

Awful. Received a dispatch confirmation shortly after placing my order, however 2 weeks later my order still hadn’t arrived. I contacted customer services (whom took a number of days to respond) who said my order hadn’t been dispatched as an item was out of stock. By the time they had responded to my response, a further item was out of stock so they decided (without consulting me) to cancel my entire order. Awful customer service and now no Christmas pressies!

I have used vitamin planet twice already, I am shopping within the UK, it was fantastic shopping experience, I don’t know why so many low rated critics reviews, due to this I placed my first order with caution, just one bottle Jivesse, it was arrived fairly quick, within a week. Then I place 2nd order after few weeks, with very good discount, arrived again within a week.

I have no problems with this seller at all, instead of it I am a bit disappointed with trustpilot, because many critics reviews for this seller was lies I am guessing, I feel sorry for them.

I have been buying Metaburn for 2 years through Vitaminplanet. Service and delivery has always been quick. Metaburn just keeps me going in the gym. When it's open lol.

They don’t ship the product. They don’t seem to understand emails - I asked for a refund as my order has been out of stock for almost two months now, but they don’t respond clearly that they will refund me. A lot of Chinese characters in the email, it gives impression that they use an auto translate to understand what customers are saying.

Fraud... They gave a fake tracking number and it has been 20 days with no reply and no update to the tracking..

They DONT ship the order.. I placed one order last month, no shipping for 3 weeks, then I cancelled. it was explanied that the thing I purchased were out of stock (but no sign on web when I purchased it). Then I placed another order, and checked with customer service in advance and this time it was definitely in stock . then one month passed.. still no shipping.

Good quality products. Recommended by a friend who has shopped here before. The products have helped me lose a few pounds, ready for the beach this summer. Customer service were very helpful when I had a few questions about when to use and how to drink the shake. Will order from again.
