I gave the review below and ordered more Fresubin juices on the same day (6th December). I thought I would have the same experience. My payment was taken immediately and today, the 18th December, I have heard nothing further from the company despite me writing several letters. I am now going to try and get my money refunded. Very disappointed as until then they were great. My original review is down below.
I have ordered Fresubin juices for the last few months. Excellent prices, keeps me informed about when my delivery will arrive and very friendly delivery men. A pleasure to deal with this company.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER, I ORDER POWDER MILK 20 BOXES OF NEOCATE ADVANCE, FOR MY BABY, ALL OF THEM ARE EXPIRED, I CONTACTED THEM BY EMAIL (THE ONLY WAY YOU CAN CONTACT THEM), 7 DAYS AGO, BUT I HAVE NO ANSWER YET. I WILL MAKE A COMPLAINT WITH THE EU CONSUMER RIGHTS.

placed order - did not receive anything. Asked 5 times about it, never got an answer and no refund...
Be aware, this company is not based in the UK. I bought a Blood Testing Kit and when it arrived I noticed it does not use UK units (mmol/L) but mg/dL which is not compatible will all the other monitors I've had since being T1 for nearly 50 years.
None of the instructions in or on the box are in English and even though they say the readings are shown on their website (in small print) if its aimed at the UK market this should be more prominent.
Needless to say this meter is useless to me so if you live in the UK and want a meter that reads in mmol/L (which UK hospitals use generally) then don't buy one.
I learnt the hard way.

I have used Vitazita for several years and have found the site an excellent source for A-Derma products
disgraceful experience. They sent me half of the products already expired and won't even reply my email requesting a refund or the new products, having sent photos as proof.

I have ordered sun cream for my baby - however and despite taking the money - this company seems to have evaporated.
I have had no responses to my 12 emails asking where is my product and where is my tracking details.

I ordered novalac novarice formula for my son as we have just moved to the UK and it is not available over the counter. I ordered it on the 1/08/18 with expected delivery date being the 3/08/18. The money (~£200) has been deducted from my account but I have not received any products or reply to my emails sent on the 3/08/18 or today. Incredibly stressful situation for us as we are about to run out of his formula and there has been no customer support/delivery information from this company. At this stage I would not recommend buying anything from this website.
