Placed an order a week ago, tried to contact them by phone, no way, my 3 emails remained unanswered. Why claim that you're available 24h/day, if you're not available at all?

Don't Trust Them
I ordered a medical product for my daughter which they said was 'in stock'. After the expected delivery date passed I tried to call them but no phone number is available. Then I wrote to them and was told a day later that it was 'temporarily unavailable' and they have credited the money to my VitaZita account. I told them that I wanted the money credited to my credit card as I will not be ordering from them again. Let's hope they will do at least that!

Thank you for your feedback. As your order was being processed, we received feedback from our pharmaceutical wholesaler that the products couldn't be delivered to your country. Because VitaZita is an official online pharmacy, we continue to apply to the local regulations of the countries in which we offer our products.
When it shows that a product can no longer be offered in a certain country of destination, we have to oblige to these rules.
Therefore it was necessary to cancel your order and issue a refund. I checked and see the refund has been done to your credit card immediately after your request.

I ordered online on 23.04.2016 the order number: 1605210603 and the order never come.I wrote them but no answer after one week.The DPD courier is bad aswell.

Your order placed on Saturday 21/05 was carefully prepared ans shipped punctually on Monday 23/05.
Your e-mail from 31/05 regarding the delay has been responded, as we found out your parcel with fragile content got damaged during transport, my collegue has organised a new delivery for you on 02/06.
Altough we have good collaboration with DPD and a high level of punctual deliveries, the issue of a broken bottle caused a delay. I imagine that isn't pleasant and apologise for the inconvenience.
Your new delivery is in transit and will be delivered at the destination adress within the next days.
